I had an inspiration at school, and my twisted mind made this...
Shadow/relatedness not belong to me!
Demonblood Part 1: Reminiscence
A void of space as we know it is filled with more life than you would believe. Tonight, the planets align...
And the blood red sun shall reflect the future.
An arrogant hedgehog growled in his sleep. He could not stay still, as his mind raced with a horrific scene that he had never witnessed.
A black Chaos Emerald lay, pulsating within a slab of stone. A clawed hand wrenched it out, and laughter was heard. A black Sol Emerald and Super Emerald were collected as well, and the remaining seven emeralds stopped their infinite glow as the three emeralds were merged into one. Darkness seemed to be pushing light away, as bloody streaks lined the emerald where it had been merged. They formed a pattern, and the emerald shone with demonic power. A lithe being crawled out into the ruins outside of the emerald cave, and watched as he held up the emerald. The vicious, vile creatures seemed to obey his every command. His clawed fingers gripped it tighter, and the creatures gave potent screech of approval. Pleased with his newfound weapon, the clawed beast prepared his departure for another planet. If he could control this many beings, why not a fresh planet full, instead of the survivors of a barren, battle scarred wasteland of a world that this, Ghenia, was?
Ghenia... have I heard it before?
Shadow stirred. His eyes opened like a flash, and he got up. No sense in staying where others can find you, off guard... He peered at the horizon. The smell of sulfur seemed to blow with the wind, coming from the southeast. Grudgingly, he got up, and focused his strength. With a muttering of the command "Chaos Control!", Shadow shot in he direction of a long ring of volcanic mountains. Upon arrival, he watched a large, burnt beast wander by, it's charred orange-red scales crackling as it moved, black stripes swaying with the lumber of it's broken body. A shattered object on it's 'shell' resembled an orb of fire, and it gleamed, refracting the sun, as the beast waddled by.
"Biolizard." Shadow grunted. "Never thought he'd survived."
Shadow yawned and followed his sulfur trail to a nuclear factory, just south of Station Square. How the humans were destroying this planet...
He walked by, and went into town. He received a mix of scared and thankful glances, and some glances of longing from those death-wishing fangirls, all staying out of his way, but following him until they could not do so any longer.
Shadow used some of his rings to pay for a ticket. He took a train to Central City. He could have just Chaos Controlled there, but he was exhausted from the agony of his nightmares, all still playing in his head...
Yay! Did you like it? I was kind of on a roll. Developing the story, still.
