Hey guys I hope you like my first Inuyasha story, something that I watch everyday and absolutely adore. Well read on and please review.
Kagomes battle and Narakus trap
"Inuyasha!" Kagome screamed out.
"Run as far as you can" he screamed back at her."
"Come on" Miroku moved her over.
Naraku and Inuyasha were fighting to the end and they both knew it. 'Kagome this is for you'. With that he threw him his most powerful attack. There was a huge blast that blinded everyone and anyone. The others managed to get to a safe place in time, away from the blast. The blast lasted about ten seconds and the dust lasted for a good minute or two. They knew only one could walk away alive.
"Oh no", Kagome started running towards the treeless spot in the forest where the battle had taken place, "Inuyasha!
Several weeks had past and Inuyasha has not woken from his deep sleep. His pulse lowered every now and then. Kagome and the others did all in their reach but now it was up to him to pull himself together. Narakus body was not found yet his ashes were scattered about and taken by the wind.
"Inuyasha please wake up soon, I need you here with me", Kagome gave him a kiss on his cheek, "I'll be back soon." She would talk to him not knowing if he could truly hear her but hoping with all her strength that he did.
"Sango, I need to go back home and get more medicine. I'll be back soon please watch over Inuyasha.
"Of course", she said picking up a bucket of water from the streaming river.
"Bye Kagome" Shippo yelled out to a running Kagome.
"Bye", she said looking back not knowing that, that would be the last time she would see her friends in a long time.
'Kagome? No don't go' Inuyasha thought deep within his trance.
Kagome ran off towards the well not knowing that there was a set of eyes lurking over her.
Minutes later back in Kagomes era
"Kagome, how is your boyfriend doing", her mom asked her handing her a bag of healthy foods.
"Not so good Iam afraid that if doesn't pull himself together, I will loose him and who said he was my boyfriend", she finished asking.
"Oh, he's not?" she asked.
"No!" she said accepting the bag, "Oh well got my stuff I better get going". "Bye say hi to grandpa and Sota for me" she yelled as she ran towards the well. 'I'll be with you in a couple of minutes Inuyasha. I hope you wake fast, I miss you' she thought to herself.
As she made her way to the well she felt a strange presence.
"What is that"? she asked herself. As she walked closer the feeling grew stronger.
'Oh, no what's going on?' she thought.
"Hello Kagome, long time no see" a voice came from the well.
"I know that voice" she whispered.
"Did you seriously think I was dead?" the voice snickered.
"Naraku!" she shouted running down the stairs to make it to the well.
A figure of a shadow jumped out of the well.
"Inuyasha!!!
Suddenly Inuyashas eyes opened.
"Inuyasha, you're awake" Shippo said happily.
"Kagome! Wheres Kagome?" he asked breathing heavily.
"She's back home", Sango answered coming in the hut with Miroku.
"Why did you let her go", he asked trying to sit up.
"Don't strain yourself" Shippo told him.
"Kagome has been going back to her time often these past few weeks" Miroku answered.
'Yeah, but this time I have a feeling she isn't coming back.' Inuyasha thought unable to get up from the sleeping bag he knew belonged to Kagome, who else what it belong to?
