Chapter 1:The Encounter:
It was yet another shiny day and was actually one of the hottest day in Prideland.
Most lioness were out hunting for food, leaving a few to guard the cubs. Mufasa is out searching the border for any sights of hyenas with his loyal majordomo, Zazu.
Kora P.O.V
Today must be a great day to go out and play by myself, since most cubs were exhausted from the heat, they probably would be staying inside the den .I quickly sprinted down to the waterhole so I can get some fresh water to drink. The area is kind of clear, this must be one of my greatest day. I lower my head to drink some water, the water is really warm and I like it. Suddenly, I felt like being pushed down into the water.
"Help! Help!…..."I was drowning so bad, this was gonna be my last day of living. I was currently really terrified, wishing for help. The last thing I know is that I can't swim.
"You should see the look on her face when she was drowning so bad" exclaimed one of the cubs.
"Yea, she was like 'help! I don't know how to swim! Please come and save me!' ". As soon as I gain my visual, I heard that Simba was the one who said it.
Not again, why must my life be so ungreatful. I can't join the cubs and play, and now Sheka's gang is laughing at me because I can't swim and got pushed down into the waterhole. I felt a few tears dropping from the inside of my eyes.
"Leave me alone!" exclaimed me. This was really the worst day of my life, I can't even get a chance to relax under the hot sun, and now they pushed me into the waterhole just to make fun of me!? I quickly sprint back to the Priderock, and now I am sobbing…Why must they be so rude to me? Why they don't want to play with me? Why must they come and push me into the waterhole ?! My eyes were full of tears, leaving my eye sights blurry. Ouch! Who was that ?
"Why are you crying cub and why were you so wet, can you tell me your name" exclaimed the king. OH MY GOD! It is the king, and he's currently speaking to me. This day can't get any much worse.
"ermm… m-my na- name is Kora," said me. Why was I talking like a 1 month old cub who just learnt how to talk.
"Why were you crying, you can tell me Kora, don't be afraid," should I tell him what just happen? If I told him what's happen, Simba and his gang'd raise hatred on me.
"Simba and his gang pushed me down into the waterhole. Every cubs I'd seen liked to bully me, they just enjoy it," realizing I told them the truth. I was really afraid that Shekka's gang would come after me.
"Oh, so It was Simba and his gang, he just never learn…"Mufasa sigh with the deepest of his breath.
"I'll go and teach them a lesson, now come with me Kora," I am really terrified right now, I just don't know what to do so I followed Mufasa towards the Waterhole.
The much we get closer, we get to hear all of them laughing at each other, playing and enjoying over there.
"Simba! Come here now!" Mufasa shouted out as loud as he could at the moment.
"Ohhh, Simba you're in a big trouble now" I heard one of the cub whispered to Simba.
Simba was getting closer to Mufasa, and all I can see is that Mufasa is quite angry.
