It all started with a wheeze.
I woke up one day to the TARDIS; she was rocking back and forth. Not in a harsh way, but just rocking back in forth. Getting up, I walked upstairs to the console and ran my hand across its controls. She lurched back, sending me halfway across the control room. "What is it?" I asked, as the TARDIS suddenly stopped. I swung the screen around, and saw something strange. This isn't Gallifrey at all.
Grabbing my sonic screwdriver, I carefully opened one of the doors of the TARDIS, leading outside. I stashed the sonic in my coat pocket, and walked over to a woman in a skimpy purple outfit. "Excuse me, but where am I?" I asked, curiously. "Steelport." She replied, walking away.
Steelport? What is this Steelport? It has certainly never been here before. I ran back to the TARDIS, and pulled a lever to get myself out. Didn't work. I quickly flipped the chameleon circuit on, then walked outside. What was waiting for me was a surprise. It's a woman dressed in blue and black.
"Are you the Doctor? The ninth incarnation?" she asked, with a little fangirl in her voice. "Certainly." I replied, stopping myself. "How do you know that?" I asked, with a stern expression on his face. "Big Whovian. Name's Maddison, follow me." The woman said, grabbing my right hand.
I was dragged by Maddison for a mile or so before arriving at a large sky scraper. "Welcome to my base, well, the Deckers' base." She said, taking me inside and into the elevator. "I really don't understand all of this." I said, pulling out my sonic screwdriver and making the elevator go faster. "Let's go!" Maddison said, as the elevator whizzed to the top floor.
The doors opened, revealing what looked like a gender-swapped version of Maddison. "Matt! Look who I found!" she squealed, as the man turned around. "The doctor?" Matt replied, looking at me. "Fantas-" "FANTASTIC!" I said, in a happy tone. "I'm sorry. Go on." I apologized. "As I was saying, we are glad we found you." Matt said, as I went to go sit down on the couch.
"We have been looking for a time traveler like you for ages."
