"The Day After"

Note: This is a short sequel to "Take My Hand". I hope you like it!
"Here is today's top story. Today Vice Foreign Minister Relena Dorlin was left at the alter. Yes folks, you heard me right. In the middle of the ceremony a black haired man walked up to the groom, the dashing Gundam Pilot Heero Yuy, and began to speak to him. The poor bride was left standing alone when the groom took the man's hand and ran away with him! Pandemonium struck when Relena Dorlin screamed loudly and tried to steal the best man's gun, which he had hidden in his pants. The best man, who was confirmed to be Duo Maxwell, or Gundam Pilot 02, knocked her unconscious with said gun and the rest of the groom's side ran after the two. Now for our other stories…"
"In later news the Run Away Groom was found in a Las Vegas Wedding Chapel after saying "I Do" to the man who urged him to leave the Vice Foreign Minister behind. The man, who our sources now tell us is Wufei Chang, Gundam Pilot 05, swept Mr. Yuy off his feet in a heated kiss. Cheers from their family and friends surrounded them as they walked down the aisle hand in hand, and announced themselves as Heero Yuy-Chang and Wufei Chang-Yuy. The wedding reception will be held at their mutual friends' house on Colony L4."
"We all know that everyone is wondering how these two met. Well folks, we have the answer straight from the horses' mouth. We asked one of their friends, a Mr. Quatre Whinner-Barton, Gundam Pilot 04, how they met, and this is what he had to say:
'They were partner's during the war. No one could match Heero is anything except Wufei. So it was just common sense to pair them together when we had a mission. Later, when the war ended, the two went on to become partners at the Preventer's office for the same reasons. I suppose it was in that time that they fell in love. Then something happened, and no sir I will not tell you what, and Heero walked away. A few months later Ms. Relena stated that she and Heero were getting married. Now that they are together again, it is the happiest I have ever seen them. In my opinion, running out on his wedding is the best thing Heero has ever done. He would never have fit with Relena. He would have been miserable.'
And now you know how it happened. We here at ESUN News wish this happy couple a wonderful life together! And now, in later news…"
"We are sorry to interrupt your regularly scheduled program, but we at ESUN News have a urgent announcement. Vice Foreign Minister Relena Dorlin has been admitted to a mental institution in the Sanc Kingdom. Today, at a meeting with her advisors, he pulled out a foam bat and started whacking herself with it while repeating this over and over:
'My Man, My Man, My Man, My Man…'
She was admitted straight away to the Sanc Kingdom Institute for the Clinically Insane. Word on her condition is still unknown, but we will send word as soon as possible when the information is given to us. And now back to your regularly scheduled program."
"snort"
"Come on, it's not funny."
"Yes it is!"
"sigh…maybe we should send flowers or something."
"Do you think she would accept them from us?"
"It wasn't as is we were trying to drive her insane!"
"snort…a foam bat!…"
"Oh come on Heero, don't laugh at the poor girl!"
"Sorry Wufei, we'll send her flowers in the morning."
"Thank you love. Now go to sleep."
"Love you too."
"snort"
"HEERO!"
Okay, I definitely had fun with this one! I SENT RELENA TO A MENTAL INSTITUTION! That was just cool! Even though I'm going to get flamed really bad for this, I think this is the best fan fic I have written! YAY! Well, review please! I would love to hear from you and see what you think!
