Damon woke up with the heat of Elena's back against his chest. He smiled and kissed the back of her head, he was so lucky she was his. He climbed out of bed and pulled on skinny jeans and his regular black t-shirt. He started cooking pancakes so they would be ready for Elena when she woke up. As he was laying the plates out on the table a beautiful Elena walked in, he used his vampire speed to come up behind her and wrap his arms around her. "Good morning gorgeous." He whispered in her ear, then kissed her on the cheek before releasing her.
