This is going to be a fanfiction about Charming when Emma is born and her growing up in the castle.

Emma is only a few months old and she wakes up in the night crying Charming goes into her nursery. He starts to sing her a lullaby while he is sitting in the rocking chair holding her. Baby Emma grabs his finger with her little hand and holds on tight. Charming looks down at his daughter and smiles as she slowly falls asleep.

Three year old Emma has a nightmare and goes into her mommy and daddy's room, because she knows no matter what her daddy will protect her. She lays down next to Charming, snuggles into his side and peacefully drifts off to sleep.

Charming wakes up and whispers softly to his daughter, "Don't worry. I'll always protect you, Princess."

Emma has always been small for her age but she seems so strong and in some ways she is the strongest princess in the Enchanted Forest. Emma loves her daddy who is always there when she calls. His arms always hold her close when she is scared or crying, and it's crystal clear that she had her daddy wrapped around her little finger.
