A/N: There are so many songs that I feel relate to the Doctor and Rose's relationship but I can't be stuffed writing them all, so I'm combining them into one. Enjoy!

"Rose! I'm sorry!" the newly regenerated Doctor yelled.

"No! It's not fair! You never told me anything!" Rose cried.

With that, Rose slammed her bedroom door shut and cried herself to sleep. When she awoke Rose went looking for her photo album, her chocolate and her CD's.

There were photos of her and the Doctor simply laughing at a private joke. They were huddled up on the couch together and Rose had no idea how or when the photo was taken. But, she looked so young, so naïve. She gave a weak smile.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me

Rose shuddered at how true those lyrics were. The Doctor – her Doctor, would do all those things for her and the tears started again. She clicked the song over. 'Speechless' – the Veronicas – spoke for itself. 'You Found Me' – Kelly Clarkson – again, it spoke for itself. Rose soon found that pretty much all of her songs would remind her of the Doctor and the tears didn't stop. She cried and cried and cried.

The Doctor heard Rose's crying and would've gone into comfort her, were he not positive she would get angry and ask to be taken home. That was his worst fear. He could hear the music coming softly from her room and the song playing at that exact moment brought him close to tears. 'Goodbye My Lover' by James Blunt was playing and he couldn't help but be reminded of his worst nightmares - Rose leaving him because she rejected his regeneration.

Rose heard footsteps running away, and she knew it was time to face her demons.

"Uh, Doctor?" she called after the shadow.

The Doctor whirled around to face Rose, her eyes red and puffy from crying and her cheeks tear stained.

"Yes?" he said uncomfortably.

"I'm sorry. It wasn't your fault. It's just, I – I…" Rose trailed off.

"It's okay. I understand," he reassured her.

It was at that moment that Rose flung herself at the Doctor. She embraced him and kissed him softly on the cheek.

The Doctor was surprised at this sudden change of heart but he returned her hug and never wanted to let her go. For, although he had regenerated, and he was a new man, he still loved her. He would love her until his dying days. It was at that moment that 'Come What May' came to mind. He chuckled.

"Now, where to?" he asked.

"Anywhere, as long as it's with you."

Okay, I know it's short, and probably not my best work but well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Mind you, unless there's HUGE encouragement this is simply a one-shot. Reviews are always appreciated. :-p
