New Acquaintances
It must be because he hadn't fed in so long (so very very long), but her blood tastes especially sweet and delicious to him. He loves the way she is squirming against him too, desperately trying to get away, trying to stay alive. Yes, she's a fighter, he can see that already.
He stops when she stills. It would be such a waste to end her just yet. She might be useful in finding Klaus after all.
Ironically he ends up feeding her the same mice she was dangling above his face not long before.
