Chapter One
"Breakfast is ready!" Sprx said.
Everybody hurried down to eat. As usual, Otto was the first one down. Sprx had cooked cinnamon buns for everyone,and for drinks, coffee for Antauri, apple juice for Otto, milk for himself, Gibson had coffee, and Nova had orange juice.
"That was good Sprx, thank you," said Antauri.
"Yes it was good," Nova agreed.
"You're welcome, and thanks!" Sprx said, blushing slightly at Nova's thanks.
A few minutes later, Antauri called a conference.
"As you all know tomorrow is valentines day!" Antauri began. "You will not have to patrol the city tomorrow, and have a free day. Any questions?"
Otto raised his hand.
"Yes Otto?"
"Well, what if we don't boyfriend or girlfriend, will we still have a free day?" Otto asked.
"Yes Otto. Any more questions? No? Alright, then."
They were dismissed, and they all went back to their rooms, except Sprx, Sprx went to ask Nova out on a date. Nova heard a knock at her door, she stood and answered it, and standing there was a very nervous Sprx.
"Um . . . N-No-Nova will you go out on a date with me . . ." Sprx stuttered, blushing madly and thankful that he had red fur to hide it.
"Well I have nothing else planned, but where would we go?"
"I was thinking maybe first to a fancy restaurant, and then to the mall."
"Well, then yes, I would love to go."
Sprx smiled. "Thanks! I'll come get you at six." She nodded and he turned and went back to his room, smiling to himself, so glad she'd agreed.
