Dry Bowser and Waluigi finished a tight race at the rainy Neo Bowser City, with the two being drenched from the constant downpour as the two got off the road and parked their vehicles, the two facing each other. It was clear that Dry Bowser enjoyed the racing, whereas Waluigi was sour as you would usually expect the lanky sore loser to be.
"Well, I must admit, that was a good race." Dry Bowser said as he allowed the rain to roll off his bones since it didn't affect him.
Waluigi begrudgingly sighed as he tried getting the rain off his dark purple overalls, to no avail. "Yeah... too bad you had to steal it from me."
"Look, what you did on the road is not of my concern! Just learn to steer better, okay?"
"I would take it to heart if not from a cheater like you!"
"Please, you think everyone's cheating but you."
"But it's true! Everything's out to get me!"
Dry Bowser sighed as he brushed back his soaked red hair, the rain going right through his hollow ribs. "All right, since you think everyone cheats, how about I show you how to 'cheat' back at them?"
"Yes... Waluigi is liking the sound of this!" Waluigi cackled as he began rubbing his gloved hands together, of which was hard to do due to everything being wet. "All right, enough standing around, let's get going!"
"Wait, I'm not finished-" Dry Bowser could not finish, for the skeletal reptile was snatched by Waluigi, who was holding him as if he were a damsel in distress... or a rather heavy item.
