Hello~ I've been lurking here him months now, and recently started reviewing stories =D

Anyway! I was listening to Prussia's Einsamkiet cover (Guess where the name came from =P) and I noticed I was starting out my window. Then this idea struck me. I hope they aren't to OOC - -; this is my first read attempt at fanfiction…

I'll shut up and let you all read.

Elizaveta stared out her window onto the city skyline. She had everything a girl could want, a kind and caring fiancé, a wonderful house, but she felt lonely inside. She often found herself standing at her window, staring longingly at the other people on the streets.

She could never explain it to either herself or Roderich.

One day, she sees some one staring back at her. She couldn't see him very well, but she could tell he was staring back at her. Neither one of them tried to break the connection they had formed without a single word. They simply stared at one another

She couldn't explain the feeling in her chest, her mind couldn't tell what it was, but she didn't want it to end. She wanted this moment to continue for all eternity.

But the world didn't see it with such kind eyes. She was called by her fiancé to discuss the wedding. She tried to ignore it, but he kept calling her. She felt tears well up in her eyes. She waved goodbye to the other, and he waved back. She felt a tear run down her cheek. She turned and went to her fiancé, finally understanding the feeling.

The next day she went to her window, hoping to see the man again, but he wasn't there. She stayed there, hoping he would eventually come to the window, but he never did. She let a tear run down her cheek once before walking away from the window.

There! Was it terrible? I can't judge my own writing very well ; ;

I do have another chapter planned, from the others point of view, I think it's obvious who it is xD

If you all hate the name, I can understand, I like both versions of Einsamkeit myself. (Which for those of you who don't know, is German for Loneliness, hence the title)
