A Rhyming Day
Featuring Naruto and Sasuke
Today was going to be a wonderful day
The sun shined bright while the birds chirped away
Naruto woke up bright and at his best
Today was the day he put his nerves to the test
See, last night he decided he wanted much more
He wanted to spend forever with the one he adored
With a spring in his step he got out of bed
A smile on his face for the day that laid ahead
In an apartment on the other side of town
There lived a resident that woke with a frown
For weeks now he has woken up alone
But it must be his fault for love such a chrome dome
Today he woke more than up set
With no spooning last night, he was horny at best
Every night his lover says, " We can't… Not yet"
It drives him bonkers that his resolve is dead set
With a huff and a grumble he stomps out the room
He looks in the mirror and ask, " Where the hell is my big spoon?"
Back at the home of our excited bright blonde

"Fine I'll help since you plans obviously suck."
Naruto finally had good simple plan in his hands
He was now off to make his proposal demands
Grumpy and lets not forget unbelievable annoyed
Sasuke, our resident, chopped tomatoes while staring into the void
In his mind a battle he fought
'Should I call or would it be for naught?'
His phone rang as if it read his mind
"I have nothing to say to you that will be kind."
Naruto laughed, "Hello to you too."
As jaded as Sasuke was without Naruto by his side he was a little blue
"What do you want" said Sasuke unamused
"Just look outside." Naruto Mused
With a roll of his eyes he threw open the window
Outside Naruto stood with a box and a bow
"I wanted to make this romantic" Naruto yelled
Pausing for dramatic effect, Naruto smiled and Sasuke's heart swelled
"Marry me Sasuke and be Mr. Fishcake!"
Sasuke had to slap himself to make sure he was awake
He looked outside again and there Naruto stood
Under his window like any prince charming would
"Sasuke?" the silence was giving Naruto quite a scare
He wasn't prepared to get blindsided by a blur of black hair
"So can I take that as a yes?"
"Just so you know, I'm not wearing a dress."
Naruto laughed and Sasuke paused, "So…does this mean we can finally have sex?"
"Yes, on the honeymoon and I promise to leave you a complete and utter wreck."
At the sound of that Sasuke perked up and began to drag Naruto down the street
"Where are we going?" Naruto said trying to stay on his feet
"Downtown, you're marring me now and fucking me tonight."
And thus marks the end of this marital plight
