Phoebe stormed out from the kitchen where she was having dinner with Grams and her sisters. Her day was totally ruined and she didn't need any comments from them. She ran up the stairs and into her and Piper's room, tears started running down her cheeks as she closed the door shut. Phoebe knew someone will come after her, but she didn't seem to care. She stared outside through one of the windows. It's his loss. she thought to herself as someone knocked on the door. "Phoebe?"-a voice outside the door said, it was Piper's. No answer.

Piper opened the door and walked slowly toward her sister-"Phoebe, I'm sure didn't mean that"

"Oh, yeah? I'm sorry Piper, but I think she meant it pretty well" Piper sighed and put her hand around Phoebe's shoulders. "Look I'm sorry for what happened, but come on sis, let's go down" "No thanks, I think I'll stay here" "Well, ok.umm if you want to talk .well I'll be around"

Piper started toward the stairs, she slid down the banister and made her way into the kitchen. Prue was finishing her dinner while Grams was talking on the phone. "She is not coming down"-Piper announced, when Grams was about to ask. Prue rolled her eyes, and Piper gave her a look, sitting down in silence. Prue shouldn't have said what she did, Piper thought, but then I don't really want to get involved into this.

* * * After dinner ended, Prue went off with her friends, Grams was still talking on the phone and Piper wandered into her and Phoebe's room. She carried a tray with her, it had three pinkish flowers on it, and on it was food from dinner. She handed it to Phoebe, as she walked in, who was talking on the phone. With her friends probably-Piper thought. "I thought you may be hungry"-she told Phoebe. "Thanks"-Phoebe mouthed and went back to talking.

Piper didn't want to hear any more of her little sister's phone discussions, so she decided to go downstairs, but not before she heard Phoebe say-"Oh, wow really? Yeah, sure!"-Piper turned away and quietly tip toed down the hallway She had absolutely nothing to do; she even did her homework earlier. Feeling bored as ever, she grabbed a book, put on her jacket and wandered outside She closed the front door after her, and sat on one of the outside stairs. The wind was slightly blowing her hair around, so she took out a hair scrunchy and tied it in a ponytail.

"Hey"-someone said, and Piper turned around.

Right across from her stood a guy, about her age, her had brown spiky hair, seemed a little taller than she was, wore jeans and black t-shirt and a jacket over. Wow, cute, Piper thought, realizing that a cute guy had just spoken to her. Not wanting to seem like a total weirdo, overcoming her shyness, she spoke.

"Hi"-Piper forced a smile. "My family just moved her from New York, so I was just wandering around the neighborhood, trying to find someone to talk to-"he didn't seem nervous at all"-Oh, sorry.I didn't introduce myself.I'm "-and looking down at his St. Bernard, he added-"Oh, and this is Spiky"
