Marshmellow

He waited. And waited. Until he noticed his stick was on fire, not his marshmellow.

The young heros go camping, but of course they can never have a normal day...

The teens sat on the log and roasted marshmellows. Superboy's had caught on fire and he just broke the stick in half and threw it in the fire in frustration, followed by a loud groan. They were watching the fire peacefully, the sound of a stick breaking and thrown into the fire once in a while, until he got up and groaned louder than the rest of the attempts.

"How do you make those?!" Artemis looked at the finger pointing at her smore, rather annoyed. "I can teach you!" M'gann said as she moved her hands up smiling, they all looked at her marshmellow, on fire. Superboy looked like he was about to scream, but he held it in with a sigh..

"Umm... try moving your marshmellow farther..?" Artemis said with her voice trailing off at the end. Superboy moved his marshmallow farther; out of bounds from the fire. "Wait no a little down." Another joined in with his voice cracking. Superboy moved it down and waited. Nothing happened. He looked at all of them. Angry.

"Just a little closer"

He did as instructed and moved it where it was literally in the middle of the fire. He waited. And waited. Until he noticed his stick was on fire, not his marshmellow. "KID FLASH! YOU SAID CLOSER!" Everyone jumped as he threw the stick at the ginger; who screamed and threw it in the fire. "A-alright I can't teach you." He looked at the youngest who stared at him back, his face telling him not to say a word. Aqualad stood up, this anger fest was gonna stop righ- "but he can!" Robin made a choking sound as he was yanked back by his cape, at an attempt to go to sleep. "Kf...Shut... up!" Robin yelled between his gritted teeth as he pulled the cape back over himself.

The night ended with Aqualad and Artemis stuffed in a log; both on different sides, Kidfkash and Robin tied upside down, back-to-back from a tree, over the lake. Kidflash began to use his speed to try and get free but the rope started to unravel around them, spinning them. Aqualad and Artemis both groaned as they heard a splash from the distance. The blonde could have escape, but she already was stuffed back into the log once. M'gann watched from a tree as Aqualad escape the log for the 5th time; only to freeze when he saw Superboy eating all their smores, satisfaction reading off of him.

Hello, this is my first time ever writing a story, other than for school assignments of course. However, this is also my first time ever participating in a fandom. It's quiet scary.. I did read comics and see fan art of my past liking, but never actually produced any art or writing. I hope this wasn't too bad where it's hard to read. I can't tell since i am not experienced, at all. I also draw, so maybe i'll do that too. It depends.
