The 250th Quarter Quell is simple. Simply ghastly. Toddlers will be entered, and their doting parents will have to watch as they die under the hands of those 20 years older. This should be perfectly fascinating. SYOT- spots open. Age range: 4-24. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I need tributes- all spots are available. The list of availability will be updated on my profile as time goes on. I update fairly quickly, unless I hit writer's block. In this case, I do find myself updating every week or month. I am looking for DIVERSE, INTRIGUING characters. I do not accept characters who are too typical or cliche. However, send me what you have- I won't be picky if I get a sparse amount of input. Remember, the age group is between 4-24. This is ridiculous, I know, but I did it for a particular reason. You can make this fun- hint: mother and child entering. Sounds interesting... Maybe someone can send in that.

President Veil wanted a bloody, insane Quarter Quell. I couldn't imagine anything more terrible than 4 year olds being eligible to be entered. So I suggested the idea and he agreed, pleased by my selection. And when I thought of the idea of having the age limit maximum be 24, he rejoiced. All the youngest would die horrible, miserable deaths, and their own mothers and fathers would have to watch while they did.

This should be a very interesting Quarter Quell.
