There is a sound of quiet suction. It is not related to chocolate, though sweet. Rather, it is lips pulling apart.
It's not the first time, although I can remember what he did say to me that first time.

"Why did you do that, Charlie?"
His voice sounded lighter than usual. I guess I really did startle him, even though we'd been sitting there in the dark for some time, together, by ourselves.
"I don't know." I answered honestly. Then thought for a second. "You said, when you gave me the factory, that I could take anything I wanted, so I guess the answer is…I wanted it."
"Oh."
The chocolatier's posture had not changed form the one he bore when I'd committed the act, he asked, "Why…did you want…that?"
Now I was blushing. I could never tell when Willy was truly innocent or merely toying with his subject like a cat.
"Uh, um, well, because I also wanted to igive/i it and kisses are this funny thing that when you get them, you also give them."
"Oh." He said again.
A pause.
"Then…h-have iI/i also…"
"Yes sir," I responded apologetically, in close whisper, "I'm afraid that you have."
And proceeded to press down another opportunity of give and take, this time our eyes lowering shut to savor the new flavor.
