Insanity Under the Rain
Summary: When Kurt has had enough about everything.

A/N: Okay, so this was a random drabble I scribbled in my notebook during work again this afternoon and I suddenly realized that it kinda matched Kurt's situation… you get the drill. So here it is :)
It was at that moment when you find yourself running towards the heavy downpour with arms wide open, feeling as if all the weight of the world has left and that screaming at the top of your lungs felt so good that you just wanted to do it over and over again. Yet even as you run as fast as you could, heavy and painful drops of the rain hammering against your shivering skin, you envelope them without a care in the world and you find yourself smiling widely amidst the tears cascading down your cheeks.
You were abruptly halted and you turn towards the newcomer, who was grabbing you by the elbow, telling you to go back inside or you might catch a cold.
You smile towards him and ask him if this was what they meant in the movies? That it felt better and that nobody could see the tears if you were crying under the rain? You tell him that it was right in a certain way, but the tears that fall felt hot when they are mixed with the ice cold rain… And you tell him no… That it definitely wasn't better. That you try to push them away but they were still there… it only made the hot sensation evident. And of course, doing this… only hurt more. It hurt a hell lot!
So you break free from his grip and run around again, spinning and laughing, letting yourself break free from those who judge… exposing yourself of what you are made of… of what you really are. And just when you are about to burst into another hysterical laugh, he's right there belting out a higher decibel of a scream towards the sky.
You open your door, letting him enter into your insane little world.
You both smile at each other before looking back up at the sky and be damned for all you care, and bellow at the top of your lungs until they hurt. And as you close your eyes again to let the last batch of your tears fall, they don't feel so hot anymore.
