Runaway
"A half breed you have befriended a half breed is what Regulus say correct?" "Re,Remus Lupin Mother he is a werewolf in Gryffindor House" Walburga Black turned back to her eldest son "Crucio" his father yelled as Sirius felt to the ground in pain he did not utter a sound though no he would not scream at least not in front of them. "Yes Mother I have befriended a werewolf he's my best-friend" Sirius crawled up to his room a little way later his muscles and body aching "Padfoot, Padfoot are you there mate?" Sirius heard the voice of his best mate through the two way mirror they used for detention. Sirius scrambled to his desk. "Prongs?" James's face swam into view.
"Whoa mate you look like shit what the hell happened?"
"Nothing mate I ran into a door"
"Sure you did Sirius you can tell me anything I know you didn't run into a door please mate you can tell me!"
"JAMES I RAN INTO A DOOR OKAY! I WASN'T WATCHING WHERE I WENT AND I HIT A DOOR THATS IT!" Sirius found himself shouting at his best friend James looked deeply hurt and vanished.
Chapter 2
Day before Hogwarts
"Behave yourself you worthless blood traitorous brat Regulus will keep me notified on your behavior" the Black family apparated to Kingscross station and sent their sons through the barrier and onto the train. James was waiting for Sirius on the platform. "Padfoot are you okay?"
"Yeah Prongs I'm fine why wouldn't I be?"
the bruises and cuts were all healed the day before his parents didn't want anyone finding out about it.
James looked unconvinced but decided to drop it. They got on the train and found Remus and Peter were waiting for them "we saved some chocolate frogs" they chucked them to Sirius and James as they collapsed onto the seats stuffing the chocolate frogs in their mouthes.
"How has your summer been?" Remus asked, they entered into various conversations about their holidays Sirius stayed silent throughout the conversation as he thought back to the day before Hogwarts...
"Now you blood traitor if I find out that you are associating with mudbloods and half breeds be rest assured you shall wish you are dead!" how could parents treat their children like this? the train arrived at Hogwarts School. Regulus quickly cut Sirius from his friends
"Remember what mother told you no halfbreeds or mudbloods Sirius please you've only just healed from last time hang with the purebloods and Mum will lay off you"
"Bugger off Reg"
Sirius pushed past his younger brother in disgust how dare he say that Sirius Black abandon his friends because they are not pureblood James and Lupin waited for him
"What was that about?"
"Just Reg being a jerk"
they grabbed a carriage with Lily Evans
"Hey Evans will you go out with me?"
"GO AWAY POTTER!"
everyone but James laughed as Lily once again said no,
"Shut up" still smirking Sirius and Lupin followed James in silent fits of laughter
"Guys this is not funny! Lily is the love of my life and she constantly rejects me!" James threw himself down once they were in the Great Hall, with his head in his hands looking miserable.
"Okay Prongsie it is a tragedy now can I eat?"
James cuffed Sirius before shoving as much food as his hands could reach into his mouth.
