It was two years since Kurenai Wataru had made peace with his brother Taiga. The two were fast friends, with Mio as Wataru's willing girlfriend, Taiga stopping the arranged marriage to allow both parties to choose their paths. Life Couldn't be better.
Now Wataru was a member of Tokyo's hottest band. He on a violin with a microphone built into it to sing backup, his brother on the drums, Mio on piano, and Kengo on guitar and lead vocal. IKEMENS was their name. Tonight was a very special night. Tonight was their grand debut!
"I truly hope we do well tonight." Wataru spoke shyly with the others backstage. "Don't fret Wataru-kun, we'll do quite well, I suspect." Said Mio comfortingly. "C'mon guys! Tonight is gonna be big. And with that song that you and Taiga wrote, it will be!" said Kengo confidently.
"C'mon you guys, its time." Said Taiga quietly, his demeanor betraying his excitement. Then they heard the cries for IKEMENS to go onstage. "Its time." Said Wataru, in the same quiet voice as his half-brother.
The four walked on, the crowd's screaming increased three-fold. As they walked to their designated spots, the crowd fell down in a hush. Thus, Kengo began singing.
