This poem is in Kanone's perspective, to Eyes. The site always squishes it all together, so just pretend there's stanzas there. It's really dedicated to and inspired by L'Arc Hyde, so here it is

I wished on a star as far as the eye could see

Still waiting today for you to remember me

The laughs we shared, the times we cried so selfishly

And still, I cannot believe what I'm hearing is true

You stole my faith; I lost your trust, without warning

Our skies came crashing down in unison mourning

Heart on my sleeve, both yours and mine forewarning

And still, I will not believe what I'm hearing is true

Grief struck us alike, both in our own sense of dread

Wearing down on that thin, red string of fated thread

I tried so hard to say words you only heard dead

And still, I do not believe what I'm hearing is true

Abandonment, betrayal, exiled from warm love

Alone in our thoughts, together we stand above

Our blind ambition and lost fights aside we'll shove

And still, it's hard to believe what I'm hearing is true

Remember the days long ago, spent up all night

How we would confess our raw truths and hidden fright

Mistrust and hard times blinded us from our pure sight

And now, I start to believe what I'm hearing is true

Friendships die, a bitter truth of the this bitter world

This one can survive, if it will, and so I'm sure

To prove in anyway I can, I'm prepared to learn

And tell me, must I believe what I'm hearing is true

You want it over, our road is at its grim end

Our paths have split, you'll disappear over the bend

Never to look back, but I must know, dearest friend

So tell me, is what I'm hearing really all that true

Hope you all enjoyed it.
