Okay, so here's a story I hope to whoever is reading that you'll like. The first chapter is kindof lame I guess, but I assure you the next ones won't be! So, I hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: Oh, just the usual, I don't own Smallville, nor any of it's characters, I'm just writing an innocent little story.

I hope you guys like!

It's kinda weird what I decided to do, but what the heck. I know, most people don't go into the wilderness and starve themselves just to test their limits. In fact, no NORMAL person would ever do that. Except I'm not normal. Nope, I'm and alien. That's right, an alien.

Anyways, my parents are gone for a week, and the rest of my friends are on spring break. I lied and said I was going with Pete for vacation. Not exactly true. It even just so happened that the day I decided to go, it was gloomy and there was no sun, and it was schedule to be that way for a week, how convenient.

For a while now I've been wondering how long I could go without sleep and food. It's kinda dumb, I know, but I decided to try it, see if I could learn anything.

So there I was, first day out in the forest. I had nothin but me, myself, and I. Just wondering through the bushes, seeing if theirs anything I could do.

I felt stupid after everything I had decided to do, cause in the end, I learnt nothing but to never try and go into the wilderness without someone else there with you. I got myself into pain and trouble, and I regret it.

I suppose your wondering how it happened, I guess It wouldn't hurt to tell of my wonderous voyage.

Chapter I

(From now on it won't be Clark's POV)

"Ahhhhh" Clark inhaled the fresh scent of wild trees and grass. Despite the fact there was no sunshine, it was still a nice day "This is gonna be fun"

You could probably say that the words that he spoke were kind of stupid, 'cause it certainly wasn't going to be fun.

Fate wasn't exactly his friend. And fate isn't always paticularily nice. In fact, you can ask the young Clark Kent for yourself, Fate was a jerk, Fate led him beyond what it should have, and Fate tricked him with cruel enthusiasm. You could even say that Clark and Fate were arch enemies.

I'll tell you about that later.

After 2 days without food or water, he was tired, sure, but he wasn't exhausted. He decided to go on a walk, the same way he had the 2 previous days. Fate told him to take a left instead of a right. As I said, Fate absolutely despised him.

Fate led him into a trap.

He didn't feel a thing until he made his way around the big boulder. What greeted him on the other side was far from friendly. At first he looked at the rocks, stunned that he hadn't felt them earlier, and just stood there, shocked. He suddenly became aware of the fact that his body hurt all over.

He dropped to the ground and groaned in pain. His eyes frantically searched the ground, the rocks were everywhere, surrounding him completely.

He cried out - his voice hardly above a whisper -, hoping that by some chance, someone was out there.

His world began to spin, and he looked on with glazed and unfocused eyes. He felt his body giving into darkness, and he tried to stay awake. He couldn't die, not now, what would his parents do without him?

His vision grew black, and he barely noticed the sound of footsteps echoing quietly around him as he fell into a dark hole.

Okay, I know, it's extremely short, and even kind of lame. But what the heck, right? I'll make sure to make it WAY longer the next chapter if you guys like it. So don't forget to review if you have the time.
