This will be a fic about Rachel and Jesse over the years. It may be a little jumpy, but it's really just a bunch of connected one shots, from starting out in life, to them playing with their grandchildren. Lots and lots of fluff with some very small angst at points. Enjoy! :) And here's a preview of whats to come...

Rachel sat next to Jesse, the house dark except for the glow of the lights on the christmas tree. They were the only ones left in the house now, everyone else having gone home. Although Rachel was Jewish, they still celebrated Christmas, wanting their children to have the most normal upbringing, even with the photographers chasing them where ever they went. And now that their kids were grown up, and had children of their own, Rachel and Jesse hosted Christmas, the whole family gathering at their house.

"Christmas over for another year." Jesse sighed, putting an arm around his wife of forty- two years.

"Yeah. And what an effort it was." Rachel replied. "Oh, and by the way, I have something to show you."

She got up and went to the bookshelf, selecting a large photo album. She sat back down next to Jesse and opened it.

"I've been keeping this album filled since we first started dating." She told him. "Look, here's a picture of that time you took me to a theme park for a date."

Jesse laughed. "The time you ate a ton of popcorn then went on the biggest rollercoster in the park?" He asked.

"Yes, that time." Rachel replied, smiling at the memory. "And look, our wedding day."

They both paused so smile at the picture.

"We look so young." Jesse muttered.

"And so in love." Rachel simpered, flicking the page over.

"Aren't we still in love?" Jesse asked with raised eyebrows, receiving a peck from his wife. "That's better." He said. "Oh, look, Billy's first birthday party."

"With the disastrous 'blue' icing." Rachel laughed, flicking on a number of pages.

"Look, our first Christmas with Alex." Jesse pointed.

"That was the hardest one. How do you comfort a seven year old who only put one thing on his Christmas list- his parents." Rachel sighed, flicking further on.

"Ellie's thirteenth party." Jesse said, looking at another picture. "A sleepover with eight giggling girls. Why on earth did we agree to that?"

"Because our daughter had, and still has, us wrapped around her little finger." Rachel replied, glancing at more photographs.

The couple kept flicking back through their most treasured memories. A whole lifetime of tales, just waiting to be retold.
