"Batman I don't care! I'm not joining your stupid sidekick team! I'm a solo act! Besides waylaying/kidnapping me while I was on patrol not the best way to get on my good side! Anyway I'm outta here! I need to get back to my duty before New York blows up or something!" A red and blue clad figure stalked past a character with the infamous bat cowl on their face to head towards the edge of the roof they were standing on.
"Spider-Man I know that you're a solo act, but everyone needs someone to back them up. And, you are not an exception to that rule." Batman growled as he watched Spider-Man grow rigid from the sound of his voice.
Spider-Man scoffed. "Yeah right. The infamous Batman who, and I quote, 'works alone and everyone should stay out of his business' wants me to join team of barely trained adolescents just so I can get killed by their lack of training. Sir, I take major offense to that. Now I gotta go." The webslinger swung off of the roof with a web shot from his webslinger.
Batman growled to himself before speaking into the communicator that was in his ear. "Spider-Man didn't except the offer. We might need to go to Plan B so tell the rest of the league." He waited for a response before turning around and walking into the shadows to return to his own city.
