Ppeloe seem to tihnk taht I hnag aurnod Malfoy bucaese he pays me, or bcaseue I am too rertaedd to fnid fernids. No one eevr sotps to thnik taht mabye Draco is my firned. Draco is a ncie guy; he is a ltitle shlalow, vian, slef cetnerd, tdens to run his mutoh off a bit… but eveoryne has teihr faluts. Greg fatrs afetr eevry mael, but no one eevr stpos to wodner why I am his fnierd. They tnhik Draco is too good for me: too pouplar. Eevn his mrtoal eemny's can not bevilee that he is acatully frnieds wtih me.
I wsih ppeole wolud mnid tiher own buesinss. Tehy go on aobut how slef riohtgeus tehy all are and yet I sltil relcal the whpisers taht folwloed me arunod wehn I cmae bcak to scohol in soecnd yaer. Eevn the msot upsnditang and knid hrteaed Grienffdor gpead at me wehn I rerntued, and wheipsred to thier fenrids, asikng tehm how on ertah I pasesd the eamxs.
I konw I am not vrey sarmt. It is not my fulat taht I can not keep up in clsas. Or taht it taeks me logner tahn oethrs to fiisnh my howomerk. But I am not spitud. No mtater how oeftn I feel spitud I konw taht I am not. Are you stpuid? Beaucse wtih the lngeth of tmie it is tainkg you to raed tihs you creaitnly snoud it. Do you sltil tinhk I am spitud?
A/N I am a little unsure as the response I will get - if any- to this little, tiny bit of drabble.
I have always wondered if maybe Gregory Goyle and Vincent Crabbe had learning difficulties at school. And then it got me thinking; does Hogwarts help children with learning difficulties? I am a little dyslectic myself, but nothing major; I have never required help with it. But I have had friends who have had great difficulties with it, and I know how hard it is for them to read. I still recall the sniggers that went around the class room on the first day of high school when one girl struggled to read a couple simple sentences... so this is sort of my response to Vincent having learning difficulties... It is a little odd, but I hope it gets the feeling of frustration across.
