He had all the right to be mad with Sherlock. He was always risking himself, with dangerous experiments or playing with murderers. This time he had come to 221 B with a wound in his abdomen. It wasn't too profound though, John still took care of it. After it was healed he had asked Sherlock what happened.

"Turns out the suspect had a partner, I don't know how I didn't see it coming". "You should have told me" he had answered. "No, it was easier alone". Something inside John exploded. He started saying how Sherlock should be more careful, or at least, take him with him. He left their apartment in rage walking god knows where.

Ok, maybe he didn't had ALL the right, but still, he would be devastated if something happened to Sherlock… it reminded him what had happened two years ago. And he was sure his heart wouldn't be able to take something like that ever again, to lose him again.

Dark clouds covered the sky and rain fell.

Great. Just …great. He thought of getting back or he could find somewhere to protect himself from the rain but however he would end completely wet, since there was no place to get.

He stud in the street for some minutes, just starring into nothing, when he heard steps in the rain. He didn't turn, thinking it was someone trying to get to their place. But he flinched a little when he felt something over him. He turned. And there he was, Sherlock, in front of him and what was over him was Sherlock's coat.

-Sorry- the dark haired said.

-Wha…-John started

-For everything- he continued- for going out on myself, for making you worried, for what I did years ago, for not seeing…I love you- with those words he leaned a bit, near John's face. The shorter man took a step closer, taking between his hands his face and locking their lips.

After the best seconds of his life, they separated, looking into each other eyes. "That…that was good" Sherlock said. "You think?" John asked with a grin. "Yeah".

John opened his eyes like plates when realizing that it was still raining. And he had Sherlock's coat. "Let go home before we catch a cold" He said taking the other man's hand.
