"Come on, mate." Bunny said as he took Jack's hand.
Jack pursed his lips as he was swooped into Bunny's arms bridal style. He gasped but Bunny just smiled and hopped into the hole and through the tunnels to the Warren.
Jack felt soft warm grass under his feet as he was set onto the ground. He had barely looked around when Bunny grasped his waist and pulled him in for a kiss. Jack felt like his heart was going to beat right out of his chest. He had been crushing on Bunny for almost 2 months now, but he had no idea Bunny had felt the same.
Hugging Bunny, Jack ran his fingers through his lover's soft gray-blue fur. The two fell down into the grass, rolling around in the flowers.
"I love ya, mate." Bunny said looking deeply into Jack's eyes.
Jack could feel his face get red as he replied, "I love you too, Bunny." And pulled himself into another hug as they sat there for what seemed like forever.
