After the Lagoon
Emma POV:
It's been a few weeks since prom. Dean and I have been in school for a couple of days it's been weird. The first day as a couple we walked into school (hand in hand of course) we got dirty looks and we were what the whole school had been talking about. I haven't been able to seen as much of Dean as I want to but it seems hard enough to even kiss without our parents knowing somethings did happen while we were stranded. Dean and I still have recurring nightmares of been stranded and that panic feeling around people.
"Emma?" Asked Lizzie. Emma looked up.
"What were you thinking about? Anyway we have to finish this project." Said Lizzie.
All of the sudden my phone beeped. Dean's name flashed in all caps under an adorable pic of us together.
Dean: Hey, r u still cumin over later?
Before I could pick up my phone Lizzie grabbed and read it.
"Oooo, Emma I didn't know you were going to see lonely boy after you were with us. So what do you two 'do?'"
Then she passed the phone quickly to Helen while I was trying to catch it but they tossed back and forth.
"Come on guys, give it." I said restlessly.
"So have you guys done the dirty deed yet?" asked Helen.
"Helen!" Lizzie yelled across the room.
"What, I'm curious." Said Helen nonchalantly.
"Ummm, No, Ha."I tried to lie but I know they see right through me.
"What really happened while you guys were on the island?" questioned Lizzie but when she looked at my face she yelled. "I
Knew it you did slept with him on the island!"
"Shhhhh, someone will here you."
"Just once right," but Lizzie saw the look again "Uhhhhhh, more than once."
"A couple of times." I said trying to ignore them.
"So like twice or maybe three times." Helen blurted out.
More like a couple of times a week or a couple of times a day."
They gasped as they heard those words come right out of my mouth. It was completely silent after I said that. They gave me my phone back but I sensed that they were somewhat shocked but proud. I texted Dean and told him;
Me: I'll be over in an hour or so !
