Bakura lay in his warm, soft bed
looking down at the sleeping female beside him. He would never let
anyone know his feelings for her. When Ryou, or anyone else for that
matter, was around he was cold to her some might even consider his
treatment of her cruel. But when it was just her and him, like now,
he gently caressed her features. From the beautiful short, shining,
silky, blackness that surrounded her, down her spine, ending with a
slight playful pop on her rear. She looked up at him sleepily with
her big brown eyes. They never said a word to each other, they never
needed to. Everything that needed to be said their body language said
for them. She lazily kissed his hand as he caressed her again down
her side this time. She was smaller than him, then again, many were.
A nudge at his other hand turned his attention to the female on the
other side of him. Her green eyes demanded attention. Bakura chuckled
as he caressed this female as well. He would never hear the end of
it if anyone were to see him act kindly towards them. Everyone from
Atem, to Seto Kaiba, knew these two and if he were seen gently
caressing both of them like he was now his tough guy reputation would
be ruined. The other female arched her back into his touch as he
caressed down her spine. He had to smile. He felt so at peace with
these two. He enjoyed their company on lonely nights like now. Ryou
was at a sleepover and he wouldn't be back till morning. This meant
Bakura would have to clean his sheets before Ryou came home. Then
again he could simply say they got in the bed without him letting
them. They wouldn't buy that though. Bakura was too stubborn for
that, too alert. He smiled at the two females as the brown eyed one
put her head on his chest, the other curled up on his lap. He
chuckled and stroked their heads. The green eyed one closed her eyes
cuddling more. The brown eyed one closed her eyes as well. Bakura
looked at them with a smile and fell asleep against his will.
When he woke up he saw Ryou above him giggling. The two females were
nearby.
"I didn't know THIS side of you Bakura."
Ryou teased.
"I didn't let them in here!" He
pushed the females off his bed.
"yea right!" Ryou
said laughing. Bakura glared… it was over.. His façade failed…
now it showed… That he… Yami Bakura….. Loved….. Animals. Ryou petted the brown eyed female, a black Labrador. Then he pet the
green eyed female, a calico cat.
"Don't tell
anyone ok…" Yami Bakura mumbled.
"Too late." Ryou said giggling pointing at a laptop. It had a webcam attached and was broadcasting this. Bakura simply sighed.
