So, where were we? By the way, if you thought that was spooky or something, I'm usually a very goofy person.

"I said, who are you?" I repeated, now trembling, my voice dry.
"Who I am is not important, it is who you are and how far you are willing to go for your friend."
"What are you talking about?" I asked, now this was just getting
weird. I didn't care anymore. Just wake up. You'll see.
But when I "woke up", He was still there.
"Let's see if you're willing to go this far..." he reached out his hand to Lilith's throat.
"No!" I shouted. "If she's going to die it will not be murder!"
He merely laughed. "What would you give for your friend to live?"
I was sweating like heaven on fire. "Name your price, stranger."
"Your soul." Somehow, I believed him that this was not just some immature dream. There were voices in my head. The smallest on was saying, No way, I am not about to believe this. A louder voice said, Just don't listen to him, Iris, it's obviously not a good idea. Neither of these were any help. The most convincing voice said, It might benefit you, too. Don't you think it's about time we had another little… adventure?
Besides, she was your best and most loyal friend. When people tried to beat you she took the hits. It's about time you returned a favor.
Lilith stirred. "Let me die, please! I'll wait for you wherever I go, please, let me die…" she whispered the words so only I could hear. I shook my head.
"Sign here, that's all you have to do," he said, chuckling.
I nodded this time. "Time to return a favor," and I lightly signed my full name onto the contract.
