"Hello Great hall!" Sirius said while climbing onto the table.
"My friends and I would like to say a few words to some special people who have put up with us for the last 7 years." Sirius said while Peter, Remus, and James climbed onto the table.
"Now, since tomorrow is our last full day at Hogwarts we would like to say the words now." James said.
"So, shall we get started?" Remus said.
"WE SHALL!" the four chorused.
"So, our first thanks will be to the professors who had to deal with us the most!" Peter said.
"Professor Horace Slughorn, who teaches potions!" James said
"Professor Jerry Orlinsky, who teaches defence against the dark arts!" Sirius said
"Professor Samantha Brown, who teaches herbology!" Peter said
" And, Professor Kendronly (Ken-drawn-ly) Sims, who teaches muggle studies!" Remus said shyly
"That's just a few people to name who put up with our shit!" Sirius said
"Yes that's right! We need to give a special thanks to four more people." Remus said.
"As you all know dorm rooms have five beds in which five people live in." James started
" And since all four of us live in the same room..." Sirius continued
" There had to be one unlucky git who had to share a room with the four of us…" Peter continued
" Now give a special thanks to the one guy who surprisingly didn't kill us these past seven years…" Remus said
" The one and only …...Frank Longbottom!" the four chorused
Frank stood up bowed and sat back down next to his girlfriend Alice, while the whole hall laughed and cheered.
"Now for our second guest is another student..." James started
"Who happens to be my girlfriend…." James added
"And she has also been with us these past seven years and she hated us all at first!" Sirius said
"Well, not me." Remus stated
"Yes, not Remus but the rest of us." Peter said.
"Now give it up for…. the one and only…. Lily Evans!" The four chorused
"Soon to be Mrs. Potter!" Sirius added
" Shut up, Black!" Lily said laughing
" Okay now, we just want to say thanks to the headmaster, who does everything for us." Remus said kindly
"So, last but not least, we would like to congratulate the one person in this whole school who at some points didn't so kindly put up with every little piece of shit we gave her…" Sirius started
"PROFESSOR MINERVA MCGONAGALL!" The four yelled
Everybody in the whole hall started laughing and clapping.
"Now we would kindly like to say something to everybody…" James said
"Something we have been waiting to do for seven years now…" Peter continued
"We want to tell you all…" Sirius said stretching out his words
"Our true identity." Remus finished
"We are the…. MARAUDERS!" The boys yelled
"BOYS!" Professor Mcgonagall yelled back her mouth thinner than ever.
"You have to catch us professor!" Remus yelled while the boys ran out of the great hall.
"Leave them be Minerva." Dumbledore said happily
