Prologue
It was an unusual dark night and every one was celebrating the Susan's birthday at Cair Paravel. Every one except the twenty-five-year-old girl because of they were celebrating for. She loved those lonely nights where you could hear the sounds of the wild animals, of the river and of the wind flowing across the sheets.
She was getting into the deep forest of Narnia and she wasn't afraid of. Her biggest brother, the High King Peter, doesn't want her to go there alone at almost midnight, however, she has done it a lot of times and nothing had happened. Susan have always fun when she got on Peter's nerves because he was very protector and sometimes he could become a little upset. Anyway, she loved staying by his side and anything could change that.
The wood was turning more and more dark and now she was getting a bit uneasy. Susan almost couldn't see the lights of the feast and she was surrounded by a lot of inanimate trees, as result, she won't be able to ask for help. Suddenly, she noticed a quick lightly spark in the dark. She ran to catch it but it was too late, she was lost.
Peter was laying in his bed when the phone rang. "Hello?" "Peter! How are you doing? We haven't talked since Christmas. I'm very angry with you!" Lucy's sweet voice filled him with joy. The last time they have talked to each other was when Ed and she returned from their last travel to Narnia and immediately he had to go to the University. "Yeah, I know, hon. These days I have been too busy with all my exams and that stuff"
She paused for a moment and then she murmured something he couldn't hear. "You remember today is Susan's coming, don't you?" Peter bit his under lip. "Yes, I do. Do you think all this is a good idea? You know, Lucy, she doesn't remember anything about Narnia and I... I think I'm still in love with her." "But Peter, she's your sister!" "I know and I can't help it." "You have to forget her, that's all. See you soon" "OK, see you." He hung up the phone and stayed still.
He was trying really hard to forget her but he couldn't. All that had happened when they were in the Golden Age, when they all were Kings and Queens of Narnia. Both fell in love and they had a great life together, nonetheless, when they came back home, Su and he had to be siblings again. Also when Susan returned from her travel to the USA and she had forgotten everything about Narnia, Peter couldn't even stay with her too long. He was afraid of his feelings and what will happen if she notices it.
Now, she was about to go to the same University and to live in his same house. Could he resist the temptation?
