Annabeth POV
As Percy sat on the sand watching the sea I crept up behind him just as I went to hug him he flicked his hand and a surge of water caught me and threw me backwards towards the cabins. As I stood back up dripping wet Percy turned around and realised what he had done.
"Oh crap I am so sorry wise girl" he said.
"Don't worry I know it is just your natural reflexes" I said as Percy embraced me into one of his
Irresistibly warm hugs. "Annabeth I love you" Percy said in a doting tone.
Just as everything seemed to be going right for me the unthinkable happened

It always happens just as I say I love you. For the love of Zeus why can't I have a moment with my girlfriend without the God's interrupting. Oh that explains it Athena and Poseidon Fighting over us again What no way Athena and Poseidon arch enemy's Holding hands and looking into each others eyes in a way you don't normally see in god's unless you are looking at Aphrodite. "No way this is not happening, this is not meant to happen" Annabeth gawked. "hey you and I shouldn't have happened" I commented

Then Athena spoke in that all too familiar tone" young heroes we have been discussing your relationship and have both come to an agreement." "What might this be"
