15 Seconds
Lois drew lazy circles on Clark's chest as they lay in bed together. It was Saturday and they both had the day off so they decided to spend the whole day together. Glancing up at him she smiled, "Last night was amazing," she said.
"Yeah? I want to hear you say Clark you are the best lover I have ever had," he said with a smirk.
"No way," Lois replied with a laugh.
"Alright then you asked for it," he said as he started tickling her.
"Haha, ah Clark stop it." Lois screamed with laughter as he assailed her with more tickling. He knew how ticklish she was and that soon she would surrender.
"Nope not until you say it."
"Ah....Al-alright Clark your th-the best." Lois managed to get out between shrieks of laughter.
"That's more like it," he said as he leaned over to place a kiss on her lips. Just as their lips touched he heard a call for help, with a sigh he kissed her once more before pulling away.
"What's wrong Clark?" Lois said sitting up.
"Someone's in trouble. I'm really sorry baby."
"It's alright, you go and hurry back. I'll be right here waiting after all we have all day together." Lois watched as Clark super sped out of the room. She knew that he had no choice he had to go but sometimes she wished they could have time together without interruptions. She wished it were 15 seconds ago when all was right with the world and Superman belonged only to her. When it was just the two of them together. But that was just the cost she would have to pay to be Superman's girlfriend.
