"Did you tell her we were looking for paradise?" Asked Tsume.
"Nope." was the answer from both of the wolves.
But Hige couldn't help but remember what he had told the younger wolf, it had been right after they had escaped.
Toboe had asked how Cheza had seen that she was about to fall of the edge, especially as she was blind.
Hige had laughed about plant sensors to the smaller wolf.
But all of a sudden that thought didn't seem far off from the truth or what he thought was the truth. At least he hoped it wasn't.
A memory flashed into his mind of the previous night. As Cheza sat with the dozing wolves, Hige cracked his eyes open to see a slightly smiling Cheza.
She was stroking the white snow like fur of their leader Kiba, the one who could sense her the most.
The moonlight reflected off her skin giving it a ghostly glow.
They she reached both her arms upwards. Using her hands she reached at the top her head and with a zipping sound pulled out two green long whiplashes. But they stayed glued to her head and gave more of an antennae look. These appendages protruding from her head she then pulled down and inserted into either side of Kiba's head.
She tapped her temple smiling while what looked like little green lumps flowed through the green antennae, from Kiba's head to her. After a while of this she removed the two green vine like sensors. At this Kiba had woken and seeing the flower girl smiled. She smiled back putting her arms around him. As a wolf he licked her face a little before going back to sleep blissfully unaware of what had just taken place.
Cheza then turned her head and seemed to be looking straight at Hige. Her eyes may have flashed a bright purple but Hige wasn't sure She looked away and had fallen into a sleep like state soon after.
Coming back to the present Hige gulped. So that's how she knew they were going to paradise.
Looking over at Kiba and Cheza walking in the distance his eye twitched. Cheza at that moment turned back to beckon Hige. Her eyes once more flashed a dark violet Hige was sure. And the next second he wasn't.
The wolf shook his head already the memory was fading. It couldn't have been could it?
"Nah... You were only dreaming Hige..." he told himself running forward to catch up with the rest of them.
'Cheza knew because Kiba 'told' her. Yeah... That's why...' he though once more carefree Hige.
Lilly: Rite okay... This supposed to be unrealistic and stupid... So don't question me!
Tis only a random idea I came up with when I saw the ep in which Tsume asked Toboe and Hige that question. I decided to use mostly Hige perspective cuz well he's just soo cool and I'm a die-hard-Hige-fan. Heehee.. What can I say he's funny.
