A/N: Ok. So, for those of you wondering, something just horrible happened to me yesterday. If you want to know you can see the note on "Mission Impossible." I'll delete that as soon as things are cleared up. Still not in a super great mood, but that's not gonna stop me from writing. And I don't own Naruto.

School Dance

The school dance is tonight and no one has asked me yet.

The school dance is tonight…and I haven't asked anyone…

I wanted Neji to ask me, but I guess things just aren't gonna turn out the way I wanted them to.

I wanted to ask Tenten…but she'd just turn me down.

I tried to give Neji hints that I liked him, but he just turned away.

Tenten's been staring at me these past few days and smiling at me…I got nervous…so I didn't dare meet her gaze.

I guess Neji isn't interested in me.

I love her so much.

I saw Sasuke talking to him after school today.

The Uchiha talked to me today.

They were talking softly, so it must've been serious.

He told me to ask Tenten to the dance, or else I'd be the only one without a date.

I watched as Neji responded in a hushed tone.

I didn't want to look like a dateless idiot, so I nodded and looked around and spotted Tenten.

Neji looked around and stared at me for a while before walking over to me.

She looked really tense.

I was so nervous, could this be the moment I've been waiting for?

I asked her.

It was the question I've been waiting for, and I said yes.

She said yes, but her face turned as red as Hinata's when she's around Naruto.

I think I might've blushed a little.

At the dance…

I looked around the dancefloor, but I couldn't find Neji.

I bought flowers for Tenten and showed them to Ino, asking for her personal opinion on them, since her family owned a flower shop.

I found Neji…he was giving flowers to Ino…

Ino said they looked fine.

I couldn't control myself and started crying.

I heard someone crying, so I turned around and found Tenten, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Lee saw me and came to comfort me.

Lee was with her…and I know Lee has a small crush on her.

Lee told me that he loved me.

He told her that he loved her.

I didn't know how to respond, so I nodded.

Tenten confirmed her love for him too by nodding.

I looked around and saw Neji watching us.

Tenten looked at me, but I walked out of the room and started going back to my house. I've seen enough.

Neji left when he saw us.

She's such a whore.

I ran after him.

I hate her.

I saw him in the distance and ran faster.

I heard someone running behind me.

I hugged him from behind, still crying.

She held onto me.

I asked him why he hates me so much.

I told her I didn't.

He asked me why I loved Lee.

She said she didn't.

I told him I loved him.

I grabbed her and kissed her.

We made out for a long time.

Then I carried her and we sat down by the river.

My head was on his shoulder, his arm was around my waist. He took my buns out and ran his fingers through my hair.

We held hands, but didn't talk to each other. There wasn't any particular reason to talk.

We didn't talk the whole time until…

I broke the silence and I said…

"Aishiteru."

I closed my eyes and rested my head on his chest, and we stayed there the whole night long, in each others' presences.

Now, the other ninjas noticed when Neji and Tenten left and went to go check on them. They were worried. They found Neji and Tenten sitting side by side near a river under the beautiful full moon. They all watched the scene, but said nothing. What was there to say? They loved each other, that's all that counts.
