KITG: oh god I couldn't help this. It was after I watched bugs life. This is set in Boomtown. Margaret's thoughts when she looked into the heart of the TARDIS.

Margaret held rose in a death grip as the TARDIS groaned and creaked around her. She had finally done it. She would beat this Doctor and his friends. And she might just take this annoying Human with her. Just to make him suffer. She could see the fear behind his eyes. Oh yes the face stayed the same. A mask of anger, no expression. But the eyes told the Love he held for this puny thing. Why did he car so? No matter.
"Stand back Boys"
Yes it would work, but all of a sudden a panel opened on the TARDIS console. Bright white light shines out, blinding her.
"Of course, opening the rift will mean you pull this ship apart" the Doctor says looking smug.
"So sue me," Margaret snarls
"It's not just any old power source, it's the TARDIS, My TARDIS. The best ship in the universe." He continues, looking proud.
"It will make wonderful scrap" Margaret is still not impressed.
"What's that light?" rose chokes still in Margaret's tight hold.
"The heart of the TARDIS, you've opened it soul" The doctor finishes. The light convulses, moves, explores, and feels rage at this thing threatening Rose. Margaret stands transfixed. Part of her mind shouts.
"DON'T LOOK AT THE LIGHT" but the light addled bit replies.
"I can't help it, it's so beautiful………arrrrrrgh"
So ends Margaret…reduced to an egg. Lets hope she don't go off. Heheheh
