The first thing that popped into my mind when I read leak was gas leak and how the boys are never able to get people to leave their houses when they're in danger. So, this is what I ended up with.

"Gas leak?"
"No."
"Bug infestation?"
"No."
"Epidemic?"
"No."
"Fire?"
"No."
"Rats?"
"No."
"House eviction?"
"No."
"Haunted house?"
"No."
"Um… alien invasion?"
"No."
"Volcanic eruption?"
"No."
"Sky's falling down?"
"No."
"Dinosaur stampede?"
"No."
"Gummy bear attack?"
"NO! Can't you be serious for just one moment?" Sam yelled, exasperating by his brothers increasingly useless suggestions.
"Why? It's not like anything we've tried has ever worked out before," Dean shot back defensively.
"Oh...guess you have a point there. Let's just go with the usual gas leak then."
"Kill-joy…" Dean huffed before they set out to get the family out of the haunted house.
