Two figures dressed in long black robes stand on the roof of the astronomy tower. One's blond hair fly's out behind him as he feels the wind caress him, eternity is waiting. The other's raven locks blow about his face and the cold seeps into his body as he takes the other boy's hand. Exhilaration floods them as they reach the edge.

Happiness and pain await them. Love is their motive and death is their last escape. "I love you Harry Potter" Draco screams at the top of his lings as he looks at the ground below him, so far below. All the windows of the school are open and people peer out of them in curious horror as their hero and their villain take each other's hands. Mouths gap in shock as Harry Potter smiles and echo's the blondes statement. "I love you Draco Malfoy". Love surpasses time and place, death and everything in-between.

The two jump and their stomach's fall, the ground looms closer and they share a final kiss as they plunge to the ground. A sickening thud rings out and cries of despair are heard from the castle above. The smiles on the dead boy's faces are unmistakably peaceful and loving. Their hands still clutched together. They died as they lived, trying to fly, to reach for that never-ending blue sky that eluded them. They died in love.

Never getting tired

Of skin on skin

Running, trying

To get to you again

Lying, living

To be in your arms

To be the fire

In your veins

the gasp in your breath

While we walk this ridge

Threatening to fall

Into each others arms

Once again,

Grasping each other tightly

Wanting to push away

And hold on tight

To us it's all the same

I love the way you make me feel

But leaves me with a question

Can this be possibly be real

While I dwell here in your arms

Loving you more with every touch

And every whisper of lips

Against our skin is heavenly hell

Scared? You wish

Words whispered in the dark

Said first with malice

And then teasing mockery

Switching perspective

The way we switch emotions

His golden tragic hero wounded

His silver dark savoir comforting

Dark tainting radiance

Light driving away the shadows of the dark

Will I keep running from my fears

Or let your love dry my tears

Do I remember how to love

Or is it of no use to me now, to try and feel

To melt into your embrace

Is an unparalleled escape

What is this tainted love I have found

But then those who are not pure cannot love purely
