Hello everyone! I did this a while ago but felt that putting it up would be a good idea. I know that 'react fics' are bad, but I love them, they're a guilty pleasure of mine. And since my good friend Shadow Gumball of Death is doing one for MHA, I decided to do a couple things for people who also want to do them. He can use this, and if any of you want to use it as well, go ahead. Just say that is was written by me, and maybe message me so I can read it too.
I hope you all enjoy this, but remember, I did do this a while ago so beware that it might not be super good.

The world was in ruins. The real world and the cognitive world have become one, fused together by Izuku Midoriya after a great battle with the Phantom Thieves, a vigilante group.
Great spires of bone emerged from the ground and towered over even the tallest buildings, the skies rained blood, and people were disappearing into nothing as they were no longer in the collective cognition of the people.
Mass panic spread across the world as everything changed. A great tower rose from the ground with Izuku in the very top.
After being defeated, the Phantom Thieves came back, with renewed determination to save the world.
While all heroes had power, their powers were useless against Izuku as he now was. Only the Phantom Thieves have the power and will to stop him, by using the power knows as; Persona.
The Hero Killer Stain looked out of his jail cell, and saw the guards panicking, and he knew what was going on. He smiled as he looked out into the hallways, and seeing all the other prisoners scrambling around like headless chickens. "Go get 'em, Phantom Thieves."
The eight members of the Phantom Thieves entered the top of the tower. The members were;
Shoto Todoroki, the leader.
Katsuki Bakugou.
Momo Yaoyorozu.
Fumikage Tokoyami.
Mina Ashido.
Ochaco Uraraka.
Kyoka Jiro.
And the villain, Manami Aiba, La Brava.
Most of these people were heroes in training in U.A, but when they figured out how to enter the Metaverse, the world of cognition, things changed. They finally had the power, and will, to not only stop the bad guys, but to stop the slowly corruption of the world.
They had to become public with hidden identities, the Phantom Thieves if they hoped to affect the cognition of the people they stole the hearts of. The Phantom Thieves would go into the 'Palace', the area of distorted desire and steal the 'hearts' of the bad guys, the wants and desires, and force a change of heart.
It could be seen as evil, yes, but they were the only ones capable. If there was another way, they would do it that way, but there wasn't. It hurt, but they were determined.
But now… they saw it was all a game orchestrated by Izuku, the man who became a God.
And he was right in front of them, in his dapper suit, with his glowing white eyes and red energy swirling about him, keeping him suspended in the air.
"Rebels who choose to deny the Prison of Regression… Why do you mere humans still dare oppose me…!?" Izuku asked in his deep and distorted voice, a voice that commanded the very world.
Momo stepped forward and shouted at him. "Stop acting like you're some kinda God! You're just a treasure! Shut up and let us destroy you!" Momo was dressed in a skin tight red leotard made to look like a cat or some other feline. When they enter the cognitive world, they clothes change to what best reflects their idea of the word 'rebel'. She had a red cat mask on her face.
A 'Treasure' that Momo talked about, another word for the 'heart' that they steal. Izuku has transformed from a human being, into the 'heart' of all humans, the 'heart of the masses'. Destroying him would revert the world back to how it was, and everything would go back to normal.
"Fools… do you still not understand? Your actions shall not save a single soul." Izuku began to laugh and floated back towards the center of the empty room. The walls were lined with prison cells glowing a sinister red, as the floor and walls were a dark black with red veins pulsing through them.
As Izuku floated backwards, he disappeared, and the room was filled with a bright white light, blinding everyone in it.
Once the light dissipated, a giant golden chalice shaped like wings was were Izuku once was, and two golden hands emerged from the ground at the sides of the chalice, at the far ends of the room. The chalice had strange moving and pulsing red artery like objects coming out of it and going up and connecting to the roof. The hands had imprints of eyes looking skyward on them.
"How do you think it is that I became a God to begin with?"
"What is that supposed to mean?" Mina asked. She was dressed in a tight black leather leotard similar to Momo, but hers was armored and had metal spikes like something a biker would have. She had a grey metal mask covering the top half of her face, with large openings around the eyes.
"The freedom not to choose… The freedom not to think… If every person pushed the burdens of their lives upon others, nobody would have to act for themselves. And who should be there to receive those burdens?"
"Are you saying… that's you!?" Jiro asked, wearing a large brimmed hat with a black feather coming from it. She wore what looked to be a combat modified nobles corset, dress and high boots. She wore a simple black eye mask.
"Precisely! Humanity itself wished for the Holy Grail to be a God that would rule over them! If you continue to reject that order, there will no longer be a place for you in this world!"
La Brava smirked, wearing her normal villainess costume alongside a matching eye mask similar to Mina's. "…And?"
"Hmph. So you wish to reject me… even if it means forgoing praise from those you want to 'save'…"
Jiro growled at Izuku, the Holy Grail "We don't let what others think hold us down anymore!"
Mina nodded "That's right!"
"If you are not going to obey… then you shall suffer yet again. I shall bring down the hammer of judgement upon you who dare disrupt my world order!"
The battle has started, and the song 'Rivers in the Desert' begins to play.
"I am the one who grants the desires of the masses… I give life to their voices… Cower in fear." Izuku, the Holy Grail, used the ability 'Will of the People'. Red energy burst into life coming down the artery like things and into the cup, fully healing it even if it wasn't hurt as a show of confidence.
Uraraka spoke up, her Persona made her not fit for combat, but a support role? She was the best. She was wearing a skin tight black body suit that had glowing green lines across it, and wore a pair of large black and red goggles. "If we don't do something about those blood-pumping supply-line things, this'll never end!
"Our opponent knows that too though. He'll try and stop us if we go straight for them! We'll need to send someone in to cut the lines! Then, while they're out, everyone else will have to keep attacking to distract the Holy Grail!"
Todoroki nodded and pointed to Aiba, who smiled and nodded before running away to hide until Izuku has forgotten about her. Todoroki was wearing a long black tailed overcoat and bright red gloves. He had on a white bird like mask.
Only Todoroki, La Brava, Bakugou and Mina could fight this battle. Izuku's control made it impossible for more than four to fight against him at one time. He saw this as all but a game, and so he made it like one.
Todoroki lifted his hand and placed it on his mask, blue flames burst into life around his form. While most people only had one Persona, he was of the 'Fool Arcana' and as such could change Persona at will to adapt to the strengths and weaknesses of his enemies.
Todoroki pulled his mask off and he summoned the Persona 'Black Frost' who used the power known as 'Rakunda' on Izuku, lowering the Holy Grail's durability, making their attacks hurt more.
Bakugou went next, placing his hand on his mask. Bakugou was dressed in an armored suit with a bright red tie, and a skull mask as well as an armored spine on his back. He pulled his mask off and summoned his Persona 'Sun Wukong'. He used the power known as 'Matarukaja' which would increase the power of his and his ally's attacks.
Mina summoned her Persona 'Anat' and used the power 'Freidyne' to blast Izuku with nuclear power.
"Stop children of man!"
The Holy Grail had a rotating golden wheel around it with golden plates that glowed with power. One of the plates fired a beam of blue Divine Energy as the wheel rotated, sending the beam like a knife through the Phantom Thieves.
Bakugou was able to dodge, but Todoroki and Mina were hit because the speed it was moving at, and the fact they were closer to it when it started. But luckily their bodies were made tougher than any others with the powers their Persona granted them.
So while they're bodies were cut open, they were still capable of fighting. They're clothes even instantly regenerated, so no worrying about any wardrobe malfunctions.
Todoroki responded by summoning Black Frost again and using 'Diamond Dust' on the Holy Grail, creating a web of deadly ice that damaged the Holy Grail. Even if no visible damage was done, the cognition made it damage Izuku, even if he wasn't actually damaged.
"The happiness of the populace rests in my regulation… Those who cannot understand must be eliminated."
Aiba poked her head around one of the golden arms "He hasn't noticed me yet. I'll keep going… just a little more!" Aiba jumped up and grabbed hold of the thumb of the golden hand, not able to pull herself up the gold that was polished to shine, and as such was slippery. So she hung there, kicking her legs about hoping to find purchase. Good thing the eyes on his hands were just for show.
Bakugou pulled his mask off and blue flames came from it and formed Sun Wukong. Personas would immediately disappear once not in use, and the masks would reform on the user's face again. Sun Wukong was very strong, and slammed his staff into the ground, sending a ripple of power that burst underneath the Holy Grail, hurting Izuku.
"You dare wound me?"
Mina summoned Anat again and used the power 'Mediarahan', a magic spell that would fully heal her and her allies. A burst of gentle white and green light came from the chests of herself, Todoroki and Bakugou, forming a heart around them before disappearing, leaving them spotlessly clean and healed.
"Burn this into memory!" izuku shouted as the wheel rotated around the Holy Grail and a plate lit up and fired a beam of Divine Energy that split like a shotgun and bounced around on non-existent walls before hitting Bakugou in the head.
No damage was done, but Bakugou looked around confused "Huh? How?" The beam forced the memories of how to use his Persona out of his head. Leaving him mostly powerless.
Todoroki changed Persona "Come, Michael!" The blue flames formed a winged being behind Todoroki. Micheal, the angel. It lifted its sword and clouds formed above Izuku before a mechanical rocket powered fist came down and smashed into the chalice's edge.
"The masses that praise the Holy Grail are infinite. Their desires and power in turn grant me immortality."
"I'll show you the real desires of the masses!" Aiba shouted as she finally got purchase and was able to leap up onto the middle finger of the hand. Aiba summoned her Persona 'Ishtar' and used her to cut the arteries leading to the Holy Grail.
The arteries faded out of existence as Aiba landed next to Todoroki.
"It worked! How's that!?" Uraraka exclaimed towards the Holy Grail.
"Hm…? I am no longer receiving the strength of the inmates! You repugnant rebels…"
"It can't heal itself anymore! This'll be a head-to-head fight from now on! Take him down!" Uraraka cheered them on.
Bakugou couldn't use his Persona, so he charged it and pulled out a Tetsubo from his jacket and smacked the Holy Grail with it, but it didn't do much against the giant Divine Chalice.
La Brava smirked and summoned Ishtar again, using her to cure Bakugou of his amnesia.
Mina summoned Anata and used the spell 'Marakukaja' which toughened the Phantom Thieves, making hits hurt less.
"You shall be condemned." Izuku said as a white and blue light began to fall from the sky and swirl around the opening of the Holy Grail.
"He's charging! It's going to be a big one!" Uraraka warned.
Aiba summoned Ishtar and lowered the speed of the Holy Grail with her spell 'Masukunda', making it easier to dodge.
Mina hit Izuku with 'Freidyne' again, the nuclear energy burning him.
Izuku chuckled as his wheel rotated again, pointing the largest plate towards them. All the Divine Energy that was pulled into him was gathered at a tiny brilliant point in front of the plate, and fired it.
The beam touched the ground in front of Todoroki faster than he or any of the others could even see let alone react too. Even with lowered speed, it was faster than they could ever hope to dodge. The beam exploded and the room was filled with the light of the Divine.
All of them were left on the ground, wounded and almost dead. Only their immense power left them alive, if anyone else got hit, they would have died.
Todoroki struggled to summon his Persona, but he as able to hit Izuku with 'Diamond Dust' again, distracting the God.
Bakugou used the spell 'Charge' which made his next physical attack much stronger, he was preparing to open a can of whoop-ass on Deku.
Aiba summoned Ishtar and used the spell 'Garudyne' which formed a tornado of wind blades around the Holy Grail, to keep Izuku distracted.
Mina used her spell 'Mediarahan' once more, healing the Phantom Thieves to full.
"Accept your fate!" Izuku taunted as he fired a small blast of Divine Energy at Aiba, but she was able to dodge with her now healed body.
Todoroki changed Persona, to his very first Persona, HIS Persona; Arsene. The demonic looking thief rose up behind Todoroki, wings extended and horned top hat sitting atop his head. Arsene laughed as he launched a wave of dark energy at the Holy Grail, damaging him more than anything else they've done so far.
But it was nothing to what Bakugou had in store, with his charged self, he summoned Sun Wukong and used his strongest power… 'Megaton Raid'.
Sun Wukong slammed his staff onto the ground and the Monkey King punched the air so hard and fast, the oxygen ignited into a great explosion that engulfed the Holy Grail.
'Rivers in the Desert' stops playing.
"Fools… Fools… Fools…!" Izuku cried out at energy burst form the walls as the chains that anchored the Holy Grail to the ground shattered, and it went silent. Unmoving.
Bakugou panted in exhaustion, using their Persona was god damned hard to keep up. "Hey… We did get him, yeah?"
Mina turned to face her friend "Uraraka!?"
"Oh… uh… It's silent, but… I dunno." She said as she looked to the still form of the Holy Grail.
Suddenly all the red veins across the walls turned blue and started shining bright. The walls started crumbling away as the wheel on the Holy Grail started spinning.
The blue light turned a sinister red as the walls fell away, leaving them to see they were now almost as high up as the clouds, higher up then they were before. Izuku's control of the world was beyond insane.
"What the fuck is goin' on…? This looks bad, you guys!" Bakugou shouted as the Holy Grail started spinning the opposite direction of the wheel.
The wing patterns on the Holy Grail lift up and shatter the wheel, revealing the Holy Grail to be nothing but a halo slowly spinning over the top of a blank white mechanical head.
Bakugou clenches his fist as Jiro steps back in horror "Could it be…?"
"What's going on!?" Tokoyami shouts in fear as the ground began to crack.
Steam emerged from the cracks in the ground and the pieces began to slide away from Izuku, but all the Phantom Thieves were on one piece, so they were fine.
"The Holy Grail in its entirety…" Jiro says, unable to move.
"Is this real…!?" Momo whispers to herself, unable to comprehend what was in front of her.
"Guys, pull it together!" Bakugou shouted.
"G-Give me a break…!" Uraraka said as her persona began to analyse it, but its power was too much for her.
The clouds covered the sky, making everything dark, and the blood rain continued to fall.
"I am the administrator born of the collective human unconscious. The God of Control, Yaldabaoth."
Izuku, Yaldabaoth was a giant mechanical Divine being, bigger than even the tallest skyscrapers or largest mountains. He had a large torso which was chrome, with silver patterns all over. He had two golden hands, a gold halo with wings on it, two golden wings coming from his waist, and gold around what equated to his neck. His legs were digitigrade and had no feet, instead, he floated in the air.
"This is crazy! He's like a building!" Uraraka shouted.
"It was already huge back when it was the Holy Grail…!" Momo complained.
"The administrator must guide mankind toward proper development. And now that the foolishness of man has been proven, it is the administrator's duty to purge them."
Bakugou stomped his leg on the floor "You kidding!? This is just some kinda rigged game you started!"
"The foolish masses merely spread indolent thoughts and force the progress of society backward. If left to humanity, the world would slowly meet its demise. Rehabilitation is impossible now."
Mina refused to believe Yaldabaoth "That doesn't mean humans are evil though!"
"Indeed. There are many upstanding citizens. However, they merely take the sole path before them. The act of making decisions is accompanied by nothing but pain. Even if a cliff of ruin lie ahead, these lemmings would march on without a second thought…"
Bakugou had enough of Izuku's "Bullshit! You're just forcin' your selfish ideas on people!"
Uraraka joined in "For a God, you're pretty damn prejudiced!"
Jiro realised something "If this is all for the sake of humanity, wouldn't being beaten by humans satisfy you?"
"I am the entity which governs this world. It's future depends wholly on my leadership. Those who dare defy this natural order shall be met with punishment raining down from the heavens."
Yaldabaoth flexed his wings and sent a gust of wind that almost threw the Phantom thieves off the platform they were on.
"That thing's on a totally different level!" Uraraka complained.
"Can see defeat something like him?" Tokoyami asked.
Aiba smirked "This is the best possible outcome…!"
Todoroki gave the short girl a glare, but her explanation placated him "We're fighting a God who'se not holding anything back, right? What bigger target could there be for the Phantom Thieves to tackle?"
Mina nodded but shook her head when she looked at Izuku "Although… He's still way too big for my liking."
Uraraka nodded "Alright, I'll give the navigation everything I've got!"
"We can do this if we all work together!" Jiro agreed.
"Let's take him down!" Momo said with a smile.
"Crowning out glory by defeating a God… now that is true art." Tokoyami said, closing his eyes and smirking to himself.
"We basically just gotta beat that thing, right!?" Bakugou said with a huge smirk as he looked to Todoroki who nodded with a smile.
"Man… you guys are the best, stupidest group I could ask for. I'm so glad I was able to be a part of your team…" La Brava said with conviction.
"Let's do this." Todoroki said with a determined look.
"We'll take it all back…" Aiba said. "Our future… And this world!"
"No tolerance. No mercy."
The final battle has started, no turning back now, the theme 'Yaldabaoth' begins to play
"Rebels who dare defy my rule… you shall perish."
"Izuku was behind everything… But we're all together! We can win!" Uraraka cheered them on.
Once again, this was nothing but a game to Izuku, he was playing with them, only four people can fight at once.
Todoroki reapplied 'Rakunda', keeping the God of Control's defense as low as possible.
Bakugou knew the routine, and used 'Matarukaja' to buff the attacks of everyone.
Aiba used Ishtar and hit Yaldabaoth with a 'Masukunda' to lower his speed.
Mina used Anat to buff everyone's defense, keeping them alive longer.
"Here it comes." Yaldabaoth taunted as his wings twitched, and golden lights showered down from on high to strike La Brava down, but with his speed lowered, she dodged easily.
Todoroki pulled off his mask, the blue flames forming 'Black Frost' as he used 'Diamond Dust' on the God. Sending a web of spiked ice across the God of Control's body, but they were shattered with ease.
"Bow down."
Bakugou charged up and prepared.
Aiba used 'Garudyne' and formed a tornado of wind blades around the God, but with a twitch of his wings it was dispersed.
"True fools."
Mina snarled as she hit Yaldabaoth with a 'Freidyne', but the power of a nuclear blast washed over him like a cool breeze.
"Perish!"
Yaldabaoth sent another wave of golden Divine Energy at Aiba, but she was hit this time, getting her arms and legs pierces and burned.
Todoroki pulled out something, a 'Moonlight Carrot', a magical carrot only grown in the metaverse capable of restoring someone to their peak physical and mental condition instantly. He gave it to Aiba who thanked him and ate it, her wounds healing instantly.
Bakugou smirked and summoned Sun Wukong "DIE!" Bakugou shouted as he hit Yaldabaoth with a 'Megaton Raid'. But once again the attack was useless against him.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Lust. You have no means of escape, humans. The insanity of mankind shall bring forth the demise…"
From behind his right golden wing, a golden arm formed, and a light shone before the arm was clutching a golden gun.
"It grew an arm!? And it has a gun!?" Aiba couldn't believe her eyes.
"This is your punishment." Yaldabaoth said as he waved the gun towards them. Purple energy formed around Mina and entered her, causing her to enter a trance, with drool coming from her mouth.
"What is this attack!? One of mankind's… Deadly Sins!? Don't let your guard down until we know what it does!" Uraraka warned.
Todoroki hit Yaldabaoth with another 'Diamond Dust'. It wasn't super effective.
Bakugou snarled before using 'Charge' again, if one wouldn't do Izuku in, then he would keep hitting him until it did.
Aiba hit Yaldabaoth with another 'Garudyne', but one again it was useless.
Mina giggled to herself as she looked over to Todoroki and bakugou, drool dripping from her mouth.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Vanity. You have no means of escape, humans. The fraudulence of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
His left wing released another golden arm, which grew a golden bell.
"Another one!? Does it have a bell…? Be careful – we have no idea what it'll do!" Uraraka warned again.
Yaldabaoth rung the bell and an orange energy formed around Mina and entered her, wiping away the Lust effect and leaving her blacked out. She had no color anywere, and was just a black figure, like she was covered in ink.
"He's doing a different attack! A different Deadly Sin… What's all this mean?" Aiba wondered.
Todoroki changed his Persona, and called forth one of his strongest "Lucifer!" The root of all evil formed behind Todoroki and with a gesture, a beam of brilliant blue formed above the God of Control and hit him directly. But even this didn't faze Izuku, Yaldabaoth.
Bakugou hit Yaldabaoth with another 'Megaton Raid', the explosion doing nothing to him.
The only real 'attack' that Aiba had was 'Garudyne' so she used it, as it seemed to be usual, it did nothing to the God. But she wasn't aiming at the God, she was aiming at his bell. The wind cut the bell into tiny pieces and it was destroyed.
Mina followed suit, her inked body still allowed her to fight, it just meant her defense was lowered. She used her only attack 'Freidyne' to hit his gun, destroying it.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Gluttony. You have no means of escape, humans. The selfishness of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
A second gold arm formed on his right side and the glow fell away to reveal a giant sword.
"A sword this time? Getting hit by that would be dangerous for sure…" Uraraka commented.
"I condemn you."
Yaldabaoth raised the sword high and the world was distorted with a white light before returning to normal. Everyone could already feel the drain, it would take more out of them to use their abilities now, in fact it was double what it was before.
"Another one…? It looks like this is how his main body attacks." Aiba realised. "He may keep switching up his moves! Let's be careful!"
Todoroki summoned Lucifer and used the skill known as 'Brave Blade' to attack the sword, but since Uraraka's Persona didn't work well on Yaldabaoth, he couldn't have known.
That physical attacks are turned back on the attacker when they hit the sword.
Todoroki clutched his side as it was suddenly slashed open, covering his entire left side in blood.
Bakugou charged up once again.
"I'll finish you!" La Brava shouted as she used 'Garudyne' on the sword, leaving deep scratch marks in it, but it wasn't enough to break it.
Mina used 'Mediarahan' to heal the group, saving Todoroki's life.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Wrath. You have no means of escape, humans. The passion of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
The fourth golden arm formed, and on it was a golden book.
"This one has a book!? Don't let your guard down!" Uraraka shouted.
The book opened and from it a deep sinister red light poured, and surrounded La Brava.
Todoroki summoned 'Black Frost' and used the ice spell 'Mabufudyne' to freeze both the sword and book solid, shattering the sword but the book survived.
Bakugou used 'Megaton Raid' on the book, but it dodged his attack.
La Brava was overcome with hatred, but she was able to direct that hatred towards Yaldabaoth instead of her allies. 'Garudyne' was the last straw needed to break Yaldabaoth's book.
Mina turned to Aiba and tried to calm her down, that the rage is fake and not hers.
Yaldabaoth resummoned his gun.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Greed. You have no means of escape, humans. The fixation of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
He waved his gun and Todoroki was overcome with a yellow energy. He was suddenly hungry, and not normal hungry, he feels as if he hadn't eaten in years.
Todoroki was so overcome that he reached into his coat and pulled a Moonlight Carrot out and ate it right then and there.
Bakugou decided to buck the trend and use the abilities of Sun Wukong he normally never uses. "Ziodyne!" Bakugou shouts as lightning formed above Yaldabaoth and struck the gun, damaging it heavily.
La Brava was so overcome with rage that she punched Mina in the face, forcing her to the ground.
While on the ground, Mina summoned Anat and used 'Mediarahan' to keep the pain of the punch away. For such a short girl, she has a mean right hook.
Yaldabaoth resummoned his bell.
"I release upon you the Deadly Sin of Envy. You have no means of escape, humans. The resentment of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
Yaldabaoth rung the bell once again.
"Death shall grasp you."
A purple energy formed around Aiba and entered her, stopping her rage but instead forcing a different emotion.
Todoroki pulled out a very special object, a 'Soma', a magical item capable of not only fully healing and rejuvenating a person like the Moonlight Carrot. But it could do it on all allies as well in an instant. Todoroki used it and light emerged from it to surround everyone, healing and rejuvenating their minds. This also wiped away the bell's effect on Aiba.
Putting all of them in tip top shape.
Bakugou used 'Ziodyne' on the bell, cracking it.
Aiba used 'Garudyne' to shatter the bell.
Mina used her 'Freidyne' on Yaldabaoth, but it was useless on the main body.
Yaldabaoth raised his arms and suddenly all the buffs that they used at the beginning were wiped away.
Yaldabaoth resummoned his book.
"I release upon ou the Deadly Sin of Pride. You have no means of escape, humans. The ingratitude of mankind shall bring forth ruin…"
Yaldabaoth raised the book as its pages quickly turned.
"I sentence you."
The book was covered in a red energy that disappeared as the book closed. Nothing else happened.
Todoroki used 'Mabufudyne' and created ice around Yaldabaoth and the book. Yaldabaoth was unharmed but the book was damaged and almost destroyed.
But the book moved and opened above Todoroki, and from it came red lightning that struck him and boiled his blood.
Bakugou reapplied his attack buff.
Aiba ran over to Todoroki and pulled out their last Moonlight Carrot, before stuffing it in his face, saving his life.
All the arms suddenly were resummoned; the gun, the bell, the sword and the book were all completely healed and ready for action.
"The abyss of the unconscious yearns for ultimate ruin… You have no means of escape, humans. Punishment shall strike you all… As you pass through the gates of destruction…"
All four arms moved above him, and from each arm a beam of red and black swirling energy formed and was siphoned from each arm into a ball above Yaldabaoth's head.
"Huh? What's this spike in energy!? Some kind of insane attack's coming! Watch out!" Uraraka warned. "I can try to help… here!" Uraraka said as she was able to push her Persona, Necronomicon, to the limits. She was able to buff everyone with as much damage as she could give them.
Todoroki nodded before summoning Arsene and sending a wave of darkness at the gun, instantly destroying.
Bakugou laughed maniacally as explosions formed around his hands, and a 'Megaton Raid' hit the bell and shattered it.
Aiba smirked as Ishtar cut deep into the sword with wind blades and broke it apart.
Mina used all of her power to bring forth the biggest 'Freidyne' she has ever used, and the nuclear blast destroyed the book with ease.
"You're fools for hurting a God!"
Yaldabaoth leaned back as the energy ball dissipated into nothing. The extra arms fell down and went limp, same as the rest of his body.
"So… this is the power that resists ruin…"
"Did we do it!?" Uraraka asked with hope.
But her hopes were dashed when Yaldabaoth leaned back up, and resumed his normal relaxed stance.
"…No, not yet!"
"My control shall not bow down to ruin. My control is the ultimate truth of this world."
Suddenly the same black and red ball that was being formed before, appeared and exploded. Black pillars of energy soared through the sky before coming down onto the Phantom Thieves in a great explosion of power. This was the Ultimate Divine Attack: Rays of Control!
'Yaldabaoth' stops playing
"He's strong…" Bakugou moans as he struggles to stand up.
"If you're really a God, you should be guiding humans to your ideals!" Aiba shouted up at Yaldabaoth as all the Phantom Thieves slowly stood up defiant against the God. "You're destroying them because you can't do that, aren't you? So that you can flaunt your own existence. That's why you were observing us! You had to because the reaction of the 'masses' worried you!"
Tokoyami chuckled "That sounds about right."
Bakugou growled up at Izuku, at Yaldabaoth. "I don't care how long you've lived, but you're the perfect example of a pain-in-the-ass old man!"
Momo chuckled "You find people like that everywhere."
"What drivel…"
Another black energy ball formed in front of him, and from it the wave of darkness surged and engulfed the Phantom Thieves.
"What is this!?" Momo cried.
"Dammit, I can't see anything!" Bakugou cried out in fear.
"Do you want to erase us from this world that much!?" Jiro cried the question out through he darkness.
"Since you have been forsaken by the world, there is nowhere that you can belong."
Rainbow lightning coursed through Yaldaboath's crown before flying down and striking each member of the Phantom Thieves. Forcing them to the ground again.
"We… can't lose… like this…" Bakugou groaned as he desperately tried to get up.
"If we lose… the world is…" Mina didn't even want to think of it.
"I need to… get back up…" Momo was pushing herself as hard as she could.
Yaldabaoth laughed at their pain before more rainbow lightning flew from him and hit them.
"Ngh… my strength…" Tokoyami whispered to himself, feeling his life slowly deplete.
"I can't… go on…" Uraraka said to her friends, crying.
"Is this it…?" Jiro asked.
"Not even one sliver of unpredictability can be permitted under my control."
Suddenly the voices of the masses far down below were audible to the Phantom Thieves.
"I guess it was impossible."
"Well, it was fun while it lasted."
"It's humans against a God, after all."
"Why did I even think they could do it?"
"Do you hear the voices of the masses? They mock you for revolting against a God. Humans are naught but clumps of desire. Logic dictates that a world filled with them will decline. The sin of rebelling against a God is severe. As punishment, you shall taste pain everlasting."
"…Not letting that happen!" Aiba said as she stood up.
"The villainess created by the dregs of human love, hm…? It is impossible for a petty existence like you to overrule my precident."
"Love is a desire too! You better not underestimate it! The Phantom Thieves will yield to no one, no matter who they are! Even if only one of us remains, we'll get back up and fight to the very end. And we'll definitely… Definitely…! Take the world!"
Far far down below, the citizens of the world were panicking as they slowly faded to nothing one at a time.
"Someone… Someone just disappeared!"
"What the hell!? What's going on!?"
One citizen grabbed a police officer by the collar and was shaking him about "Do something, dammit! Aren't you the police!?"
"Please, you have to calm down!" The officer said as he grabbed the man by his arms and tried to get him off him.
"It's no use…" One man said as he looked down at his phone, he tried calling his family but they weren't picking up.
"And we'll definitely… Definitely…!"
"Huh?" The old man looked up to the screens all over the city and saw a video feed of the battle, and he listened as Aiba continued.
"Take the world!"
Two U.A students looked to each other "…What was this again?"
"…The Phantom Thieves?" The police officer questioned as everyone started to watch the live feed.
"Weren't the Phantom Thieves those-"
"They haven't given up yet…"
"Can they even do anything about a situation like this?"
"No, it's impossible… there's no way…"
"Take it down, Phantom Thieves!" Mirio Togata screamed up at the screen.
Mirio stopped and looked around, seeing everyone looking at him strangely. "Come on, why do you think they've risked their lives all this time!? Dammit, you guys! Snap out of it! When will you stop running from the truth!?"
Mirio looked down, saddened by the peoples lack of faith in the Phantom Thieves.
"Yeah, Phantom Thieves!" Mirio looked up in shock as people started to cheer the vigilante group on. Soon, everyone in the world was cheering the Phantom Thieves on, even villains like Stain were cheering as loud as they could.
Mirio turned back to the screen "Phantom Thieves, can you hear us!?"
Aizawa walked up to Mirio "Have you been charmed by the Phantom Thieves too?"
"Sure have!" Mirio responded with his eternal smile. "You too?"
Aizawa chuckled "Pretty much. Looks like it's not just us though."
Nemuri shouted up at the screen "I'm not letting you lose after getting this far. You better finish what you've started!"
Best Jeanist sighed as he looked at the live feed "It may not look like it, but I've got high hopes for you guys! You better win this!"
Hizashi screamed into the air "They'll win if I cheer them on? Then I'll cheer them on as much as they need!"
Thirteen raised their voice "You've stolen the hearts of this many people. I won't let you lose!"
All Might cheered as loud as he could "You all are truly causing a revolution right now! GOOOOOOO!"
Aizawa turned away from them and looked up to the screen "It's you guy's fault I don't know when to quit either. Get back up! Don't lose to that thing!"
Mirio smiled, seeing this many people cheering them on "No matter what anyone says, I believe in you guys! Go for it, Phantom Thieves!"
Mandalay smiled up from in the crowd "I'm counting on you, everyone… I will believe in you until the very end…!"
Aiba smiled "You hear that!? Those are the voices of the humans you made fun of! No one wants you to rule over them! Isn't that right, Todoroki!?"
"Don't lose!"
"YEAH!"
"You gave us hope, so hang in there!"
The voices reinvigorated Todoroki, as he stood up defiantly and smiled down at the short Aiba "Yeah, no one wants that."
Bakugou huffed as he stood up beside Todoroki "Why do they gotta word it like they're lookin' down on us?"
"But, they're cheering for us…" Jiro pointed out as she too stood up.
"Heh… doesn't feel bad…" Uraraka said as she stood proud.
"You're not done saving the world!"
"It'll all be a waste if you go down like that!"
"They don't have to tell us twice…" Tokoyami smirked as he stood with his friends.
Mina growled "We won't let ourselves be erased!"
And finally Momo was able to stand tall "We're going all out, dammit!"
"God is the one who creates the world!"
Aiba looked down "I've made up my mind. I will see my justice through for the sake of protecting what I care about."
"Aiba…" Momo said, inspired.
"…The same goes for you guys too! If you've decided to take the world from him, don't compromise your ideals to the very end!"
Momo nodded "Let's defeat him together!"
"Hey, God. Foolish humans are prayin' down there." Bakugou said mockingly. "They're prayin' there's no place for someone like YOU in this world!"
Aiba turned to Todoroki "Give that evil God his final warning, Shoto!"
"We're saving this world!" Todoroki shouted as he pointed at Yaldabaoth, Izuku.
Arsene appeared around Todoroki, and the blue flames held chains in them. Todoroki grabbed on of the chains and swung it, shattering it.
Power began to build up within Arsene and it released it all with a scream to the heavens before it exploded.
"So you have failed to harness the power. No matter how many prayers of those foolish masses come together…"
The sky began to darken as the sound of thunder came from the clouds.
"…Hm!?"
Yaldabaoth looked upwards and Momo followed his view "What the…!?"
"…!"
The sky began to glow blue as something floated down.
A black clad figure even larger than Yaldabaoth himself. It had on a black and gold armored military uniform and a red sash across its torso. It had a golden mask similar to Todoroki's and two large golden horns facing forward. It had a similar crown to Yaldabaoth.
It also had six giant bat wings.
The figure floated down behind Todoroki, behind the platform they were on as it dwarfed Yaldabaoth.
'Our Beginning' begins to play
"That's-" Tokoyami couldn't even finish his sentence.
"Man, it's huge!" Bakugou exclaimed as he went wide eyed.
"What an immense power…! No way… is it a Persona…?" Aiba shouted as she looked it over.
"I don't believe what I'm seeing!"
"Is that the Phantom Thieves doing too?"
"Keep it up Phantom Thieves!"
Small golden lights gathered around all the Phantom Thieves except Todoroki and healed them.
"Fools…! This is why man is doomed…"
Yaldabaoth called upon his power and brought forth the Rays of Control once again onto the Phantom Thieves.
But it did nothing to them.
"Impossible!"
"They're insanely strong!"
"They're not just Phantom Thieves anymore, that's like some Super Demon Lord, so AWESOME!"
Aiba nodded sagely "I see… If a God plays naughty, then it's a Demon Lord's duty to punish him…! What better way is there for a finale as a Hero!? Todoroki, we're entrusting our strength and the people's hopes to you! Put an end to this!"
Todoroki nodded, reaching his hand up as more golden lights flowed towards him and granted him their strength.
"Pillage him… SATANAEL!"
Todoroki closed his hand and a pistol formed out of nothing, and he aimed it directly at Yaldabaoth… Izuku.
Satanael followed suit and aimed its own stylised pistol at Yaldabaoth.
Todoroki narrowed his eyes at the God of Control. "Begone!"
Preposterous… You dare rob the people's wishes!?"
Todoroki pulled the trigger.
A bullet made from the Seven Deadly Sins burst forth from Satanael's gun, and pierced straight through Izuku's head.
Satanael faded away and the sky returned to normal.
Church bells chimed as the hole in Yaldabaoth's head was revealed.
"What power… It surpasses mine own… a God born from the wish of the masses... So this… is the true Hero…Damn that Nezu… It seems he wasn't spouting… nonsense…"
Yaldabaoth… Izuku's body began to fall apart into shining golden dust, and as it flew away in the wind… the world was returned to normal, no more blood rain or giant bones. Everyone who faded away was returned.
In the end, the only person who was gone after the fact was Izuku. The Phantom Thieves finally defeated him, and he was gone for good.
