Chapter 1: Is it okay to get lost in a dungeon?

If there ever was a word that best describes Kamijou Touma's life, then it would be 'very misfortunate'.

And if there was was a word to describe Kamijou Touma's current situation, then it would be 'lost'.

But can he even be considered as someone who is lost?

In order for someone to be lost, you must first know how you got there. Confusing as it sounds, that is the first step. You can't get full without eating, or get tired without doing anything.

And that's what the problem is!

"Gah! Damn it!" Kamijou Touma shouted towards the heavens. Unfortunately, he was in a cave. Or that's what it looks like. No sky. Just rocks. So the only thing that took his pitiful shout was the random pieces of stalagmite that protruded above him.

There were nothing but rocks around him. You could say he was having a very 'rocky' experience right now. And you could also say that was a really bad pun.

Besides the point. He had been doing nothing but walk for hours now. Thankfully, the cave or cavern was being illuminated by weird glowing crystals placed around the cave randomly.

He was no geologist. But as far as he can tell, rocks don't glow. Well the kind of rocks that he know off. And he had an uneasy feeling around them. An unnatural feeling. On any normal day, he would have just ignored that feeling, thinking it was just some overactive imagination on his part.

And look at what that got him.

He sighed. He was bored. Walking without a destination does that to you. The boy glanced towards his right hand and one of the glowing rocks, and an idea popped up in his head.

"Maybe..."

Shrugging, seeing that he got nothing really to loose. Like it was some kind of a ticking time bomb, he reached his right hand towards it slowly. And when he finally touched it...

*Crack*

The familiar sound of glass breaking came after.

The only thing that happened to the rock was that it stopped glowing.

Kamijou stared blankly at it for a while.

"Well that was anti-climatic."

A new year cross-over! Yay!?
