"Iwasaki-sama!" She giggled, looking over her shoulder, smiling at her mint-haired friend, "Are you coming?" Her question was innocent, but Minami blushed as usual. She simply nodded and started to talk again, hardly noticing she had stopped.

Cherry blossoms blew gracefully around them, blowing Yutaka's short pink pigtails. Just like normal, the little girl was adorable—childish smile, sunflower dress, flip-flops, a seashell necklace Minami had gotten her for her birthday…

The tall girl's face deepened in crimson as her eyes fell on the necklace. Simply looking at the small girl caused her to blush. But, then again, it wasn't all that difficult to cause her to redden.

Yutaka rushed back and took hold of Minami's hand as if it was the most natural thing ever. When the emotionless girl looked down with a hint of questioning in her eyes, she replied with a little giggle. A brief smile touched the idealistic girl's lips.

Oh, dear, she was worse than Hiyori.

Minami shrunk into her sleeves on the table, attempting to hide her beet red face. As usual, Patty-chan was rambling on about the comparisons between America and Japan, Hiyori was busy drawing but gave Minami a knowing smile, and Yutaka's tiny hands were folded to her chest, listening to the American intently. After the blonde finished, she gushed about how fascinated everything she said was.

The tall girl's eyes fell. Yutaka had to be the kindest girl she had ever met. She was excited about anything anyone else was, even if she could care less about the subject. She hated to be a bother to anyone, probably because she was sick so much. She simply wanted to make people happy.

"Iwasaki-sama?" A high voice peeped. Minami sat up abruptly, blinking as her friends' eyes rested on her. Another blush spread across her nose.

"S-Sorry."

"Oh, it's alright! I zone out all the time!" Yutaka answered, closing her eyes in a smile. Minami's lips curled up a bit, giving the slightest nod. The tiny show of amusement sparked something sure to be X-rated in Hiyori's eyes, causing another explosive jolt of inspiration to result in a mysterious drawing. They never actually got to see her drawings…

Unbeknownst to Minami, the girls had continued chatting until the bell rang. Her narrow eyes remained on her desk, her mind forming idealistic scenes between herself and a certain outgoing girl.

"U-Uh, sorry to bother you, but the bell rang, Iwasaki-sama…" Yutaka told her nervously, her eyebrows curved upward. The tall girl blinks and sat up, noticing no one in the room but the two.

"Oh," She answered simply, standing and picking up her bag. Minami glanced down again, pondering.

No one in the room.

Just Yutaka.

Just innocent, angelic, pure little Yutaka.

Hm…

No, she could never taint such innocence…

Minami sighed and started to the door, stopping only when her friend told her to wait for her. Together, they exited the campus, the tension between them forming a magnetic pull.

Abruptly yanked out of her daydream, a short hand slipped into her's.

"I forgot my gloves…" Was the quiet explanation. As Minami looked down, she saw Yutaka's gaze was dropped, a warm blush accenting her features. Not responding, her long fingers curled around the others, butterflies fluttering in her calm heart.

Maybe, just maybe, sometimes daydreams came true.

Yeah, yeah, cheesy ending…Whatever.

Finished at exactly six AM.

Oh, god, its morning!

I pulled a Konata!
