Title: Lysol, Mascara and Snickerdoodles
Fandom: Crossover: Desperate Housewives/Glee
Pairing,Character(s): Bree/Emma
Rating: G
Spoilers: None
Summary: We all need a little comfort.
Note: I've been trying to write a Bree/Emma story since May but nothing ever comes of the stuff a start so I thought I'd pull a little drabble from one of those scrapped stories. This sucks I hope someone else sees the awesomeness of this pairing and write something.

Walking into the laundry-room Bree was met by the strong scent of lysol and the sounds of weeping. There on the floor with a hand sponge was the young guidance counselor scrapping the already clean floor.
The redhead stepped in front of the other woman, bending down wrapping her slender arms around the younger woman as she in turn buried her face deeply in the older woman's sweater desperately trying to shield her tears.
Bree understood where the other woman was coming from, the fear and anxiety. She understood drowning your sorrow in a warm soapy bucket, scraping sometimes till your hands were so red you feared they might bleed.
As the woman quietly cried she tired too come up with some words of comfort but nothing formed in her mind so instead she began to rock back and forth gently.
Slowly the other woman pulled back lifting her head to show her tear and mascara stained face.
"Better?" The redhead asked not completely removing her arms from the others waist.
Sucking her bottom lip the other nodded. Bree leaned down and placed her lips against the others temple pressing her lips against the pale soft skin making a mental note to buy her a tube of waterproof mascara soon.
"I made snickerdoodles yesterday. Would you like some?" Asking as she pulled herself away standing. The younger woman again nodded and smiled with her large eyes. "Well you go wash up and I'll get the cookies"
