DISCLAIMER: I don't own Ron, Hermione, Mr. Weasley, Paddington Station, or
those little name key chains. Sorry to disappoint you.
They were in the Gift shop; much to both of their dismays they were in the gift shop. Ron wasn't interested as his father was ("fascinating! So muggles will buy entirely useless things to remember a trip by?") And Hermione had been in enough Gift shops to last a lifetime. Bored out of their minds, they did the only thing they could think of, they wandered around the store. They (as everyone does) came across those little name key- chains very quickly.
"What's that?" he asked
"They're just little key chains Ron, they've got your name and the name of the place on 'em"
"Ah, so its half souvenir half advertising?"
"I've never thought of it that way, but yeah, I guess you're right." She pointed at one. "See here's your name "
"Okay then," he said, "let's find yours"
"Oh, don't bother, they won't have it, they never do."
"Maybe they will today. You never know" he started to walk to the other side of the pedestal.
"Oh, you don't have to do that see? It spins" Hermione said, demonstrating, "Stop! Stop, Ron! You can't spin it that fast they'll all get tangled!" the pedestal stopped spinning on the 'R' row, the same one they had found his name in. And there, two rows down, was the Paddington station key chain bearing the name 'Ron' entangled in one that said 'Hermione'.
