This is the alternate ending of "Hey Arnold: The movie". The alternate ending is based on the movie itself, but this might be a "To be continued" ending, related to the supposed to be done sequel, "Hey Arnold: The jungle movie", because the last part of it is that Arnold, Gerald, Helga and Phoebe begins the quest to find Arnold's parents.

One notice: I decided to add the last name "McGuire" to his first name. (It is related to Lizzie McGuire.)

Once again, Hey Arnold! is Mr. Craig Bartlett's property, written with Arnold narrating.

It is all over.

All of us in the neighborhood have finally brought down Mr. Scheck.

But it's not over for my life.

My parents are still trapped in another country!

And Helga…

She still loves me even if I don't understand.

Now, another adventure begins…

I decided to seek Helga, which was after I walked away from her. But it was evening, so I was now on my way to her house.

But when I came to the Pataki residence, Olga got the door. She never knew anything of what happened to our neighborhood because she never stayed for so long after her father, Big Bob, succumbed to a bad disease that sent him to the hospital. After she left the invasion of Mr. Scheck had begun.

"Where's Helga?"

"My little sister's not here, Arnold. She was in the park, waiting for you, like she needed you badly."

"I don't get it, Olga."

"She loves you but she never said it to you because of me, before the planned attack of out neighborhood. She is waiting for you, Arnold! If you love her, go for it! Tell her that you love her as well!"

"Thanks, Olga! I got to go!"

After that, I left for the park. And when I got there, Helga was in the bench, lying down. I thought she died, so I dashed to the place where she was in, and cried,

"Helga! Don't leave me alone! I was so stupid to think of Ruth when fate tells me that you were the one for me! Please, don't die, please! I… I… I LOVE YOU, HELGA!"

She's gone, forever, I think. Yet I was crying with pain.

Only to find out-

"Arnold,"

"You're alive, Helga! Oh, I was so worried!"

"Arnold, I'm not yet dead. I just fell asleep."

I hugged her tight and tears still fall on my eyes. I don't know what to say. I can only mutter, "I love you, Helga, and this time, I mean it."

"I love you so dearly, Arnold."

After that, I finally kissed Helga, because I meant it, in a starry night.

The next day…

I decided to go find my parents with Helga. I asked permission from my grandparents that I will not be coming back until I find my parents. My Grandpa said, "Arnold, before you leave us to your quest, I will tell you something. I finally know your last name."

I don't get it, I thought.

"You last name- and so is your parents- is McGuire. Arnold McGuire."

Now I got it! I finally have an identity to go with as well. At last, I finally said goodbye to my grandparents and the boarders as I leave the place. Goodbye, Sunset arms, I thought.

I was now in the Pataki residence with Gerald and Phoebe, waiting for Helga. Olga said, "Helga will be coming down in seconds, Arnold. She also said that I will take you guys to Ecuador to find your parents. I hope you guys understand."

"That's okay, Olga. I appreciate it if you will come with us."

At last, Helga is all packed and ready to come with us. Now all of us are ready to go. As all of us say goodbye to Mr. and Mrs. Pataki in Olga's cool car, a Toyota Vios, we were now leaving Hillwood.

Goodbye, Hillwood. We'll be coming back, sooner or later.

A new adventure begins… for us all.
