Girlish giggles erupted in the small coffee shop. Grinning, she turned the open sign over to the close side, lightly tapping the door with a finger. Sighing Yuffie Kisaragi looked over at her partner in crime who was, at the moment, strumming a series of random chords on his sitar.

"Hehe…. According to that text you got earlier, I'd have to say that it turned out pretty good this time... Don't you think Demy?" The ninja smiled, revealing a set of pearly whites. She began walking over to the couch in which he was sitting. Despite how much the two argued on a regular basis, it was a wonder they were such good friends. Of course, neither one complained. Yuffie plopped down next to the musician and pulled her legs up, hugging her knees.

Demyx looked over at Yuffie frowning. Was this girl serious? How could she be so happy at a time like this? "Are you kidding Yuffie? I'll be lucky if those two ever talk to me again!" He groaned letting his head roll back on his neck.

She shook him off, waving a hand. "Oh boo hoo. Those two were just asking for someone to help them…"

"Hey Yuffie!" Demyx felt blood rush to his cheeks as Yuffie leaned closer to examine the sitar. "Y-You have no idea how long it took me to save up for that! And besides," He gripped the indigo sitar in his hands once again, taking it from the shorter girl. "We're supposed to be closing up shop! Get off your lazy bum and help me!"

Yuffie grumbled, Demyx never let her touch his sitar. She could play pretty good bass! But according to Demyx, there were millions of differences between a bass and a sitar and it was impossible for someone who learned bass to play sitar. Yuffie just assumed that he didn't want to share his pretty instrument with the carefree ninja. "Fine… If you don't want to share, just say it! You don't have to be such a–"

"Yuffie!"

"Okay! Okay! Geezus! Don't make me call Xiggy!"
