"What the hell is that flapping noise?" Dean looked around, searching for the sound.
"Umm…that would be my…shoe," muttered Sam.
"Your shoe?"
"Yeah, the…uh…troll tried to…uh…eat it."
"Let me get this straight. The troll we just toasted tried to eat your shoe?"
"The sole of my shoe to be precise."
"Why?"
"How should I know?" Sam grumbled, "maybe they like the taste of rubber."
"Well, it can't be because they like the taste of your nasty feet."
"Ha-Ha-Ha. They're better than yours."
"So another trip to the shoe store, huh?"
"Yeah."
"What the hell is it with you and shoes?"
