I'm leaving tomorrow and so far I haven't seen you. I hope that that changes very soon. I really miss you. Maybe I'll catch you today. ::Sighs:: If not, well, I'm going to try and write you as much as I can. I promise I won't forget you. As for when I'm coming home, you will be the first to know. ::Smiles:: Don't worry. And I won't woo any unsuspecting young men, as long as you promise to behave your self. I think you can handle yourself, right?

On the sand the waves roll in and out, the wind blows the tall sea grass, the birds cry as they swoop into the water to catch a night meal. But that's not where we are, no, not yet anyway. We are someplace else altogether, enjoying each other's company in the warmth of each other's arms.
The lullaby of your heartbeat and the soft sound of your breath make me want to sleep but I refuse to surrender. You grab my hand and gently pull me to my feet. You kiss me deeply and I nearly faint. You smile lightly and pull me to your car. "Close your eyes" you say softly, I do.
When I open them again we are there. Standing on the sand where the waves roll in and out, where the wind blows the tall sea grass, where the birds cry as they swoop into the water to catch a night meal. Still we are not there entirely, no, not yet, we are lost in each other's eyes and embrace.
