There once was a boy. this boy lives by a lake. every morning the boy would sit on the dock and watch the water. never getting in the water. the boy never wanted to catch a cold or drown. one day the boy walked out to the dock as usual and sat down. but suddenly, a girl walked up. the boy greeted her and the girl replied. then the girl started to take her clothes off. underneath her clothes was a bathing suit. she then jumped into the lake. the boy did not understand. the boy then asked the girl why she was swimming in the lake, even though she could get a cold. the girl then replied, "is it not better to feel all the fish nibble on your toes. and feel the weeds brush against your back, and to take the risk of drowning or catching a mere cold, then to sit on the dock in quiet, with nothingness as your only company? tell me which one would you choose? to feel adventure grab you by the waist and pull you under, or for loneliness to have you sink inside yourself forever? what is your choice young boy?" then the boy took all of his clothes off only in his under garments and jumped in the lake also. the boy then grinned at the feeling of the weeds touching his hands, and then swam on.
