Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Lin's Halloween Night
One Halloween night, Lin was getting ready for Halloween night. She was putting up decorations all over her house. Her parents were away at a Halloween party, and she got to decorate the house the way she wanted it. When she was almost done putting up stickers of pumpkins on the door, she heard the doorbell rang.
"Huh? Trick-or-treaters already?" asked Lin. She got the candy ready and went to open the door, but saw it was her fellow friends, Ren, Dan, Shun, Marucho, and Fabia!
"Happy Halloween, Lin!" said Dan with a smile.
"Guys! What're you all doing here?" asked Lin.
"We just came to see you on Halloween night!" said Dan with a laugh.
This was surprising. Usually, the brawlers were really busy to visit! Lin invited them in and they all walked inside, looking at the spooky decorations set up all over the house. There were streamers hanging from the walls and there was a balloon witch set up outside her front yard.
"This is awesome! Man, you sure know how to get in the Halloween spirit," said Ren.
Lin smiled.
"Thanks Ren," she said.
Ren smiled back.
"What are you all for Halloween?" Lin asked.
""Just coming over for a visit! It seems like we never visit much, do we?" asked Fabia. All of the brawlers nodded in agreement.
"Well, since you're all here, why don't you guys have some Halloween candy?" Lin asked.
"Sure!" said Dan as he and his friends helped themselves to the bowl. After they had finished, there was still enough for trick-or-treaters.
"Here you guys go! Here's some of my Spook-Tacular punch!" said Lin as she walked out of the kitchen with glasses. Dan and the others looked at each other.
"Man! This looks awesome!" said Dan. He and his friends gulped them all down, but of course, Dan was the most thirsty!
"That was the most awesome punch ever!" said Dan.
Lin smiled.
"Hey! Let's tell scary stories since we're here! It's not a Halloween party without scary stories!" said Ren.
"Yeah, you're right!" said Lin with a laugh. They all sat down in the middle of the living room to get this small Halloween party on.
"And then, when he turned around, the monster jumped from the fire place and bit his head off!" said Ren.
The brawlers gasped.
"That was so scary! It almost sounds true," said Lin.
All of the brawlers laughed.
"I've got an even scarier story then that," said Lin.
"Like how?" Marucho asked.
"One night, there was a young brawler about the age of 12. He was coming home on a Halloween night from a late night party. His parents told him not to be out late at night, or else the Halloween Spirits will follow him home. As he was passing an alley way, he suddenly felt something strange coming upon him. When he turned around, there was nothing there but the darkness around him. The boy thought it was just some Halloween prank so he continued home, but then he heard what sounded like footsteps following him. When he turned around, there was this bakugan with sharp teeth and piercing black eyes. The boy screamed and sprinted all the way home, with the creature hot on his tracks! And when he was just inches from his house, the creature…GOT HIM!"
"AAAH!" the brawlers screamed.
Lin started laughing.
"Man, that was some story! Short and scary!" said Dan.
Suddenly, the front door opened and Lin's parents walked inside!
"AAH!" the brawlers screamed.
"Whoa! Oh my goodness! Hello, kids! What're you doing here?" asked Lin's father.
"Just telling ghost stories," said Lin.
"About what?" asked Lin's mother.
The brawlers looked at each other, and looked at Lin.
"Stuff about Halloween!" said Drago.
All of them started to laugh. Soon, Lin's parents joined the fun and they enjoyed the rest of Halloween night!
